Dear Tom,

As the operating and marketing manager of our new office abroad, sometimes one just doesn`t have enough time to take care of small details that come back to haunt you at the very last minute. Even though, I was not familiar with your company before and I had never worked with an external company either, you remained reassuring and have kept your word. Within a very limited time frame and with only a few emails you were able to put me and 10 of my colleagues in a good hotel, with excellent service and near the city center... I have already send you the dates and locations of our next fairs! It was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working with you again.

sorry if I take advantage of your personal number, but I want to tell you a big thank you in private because in a short time you have organized everything for me. You know I was anxious when they asked me to find the hotel for my colleagues. Then when you wrote me the first time, I started to calm down. Finally I even felt pampered. You are really special in your work.

Hello, I would like to confirm you that I had a confortable stay and everything was O.K. 

Dear Tom,

We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and people are friendly and helpful but it is really very old fashioned! The furniture and decoration 1970, could become very fancy again in a few years maybe? I recommend to take your own body wash etc with you while theirs isn't good quality. Breakfast is very correct Have a nice day and I will certainly contact you again for a next fair.

The overall opinion regarding Glam Milano was positive. The staff was friendly, the location was great and the service in general good, although not always adequate. The breakfast was average - a little less than expected. The beds were comfortable.
