EMV 2022
EMV 2022 took place between the dates of 12-14.07.2022. It was held in Messe Cologne amidst the absence of strict coronavirus precautions. This was due to the repeal of the domestic restrictions throughout Germany as a result of the improving pandemic situation. The event was attended by around 2 500 visitants and 91 exhibiting firms, 15 of which were newcomers.
EMV 2023
The 2023 iteration of the event occurred as a live trade exhibition in Messe Cologne between 28-30.03.2023. It featured 40 lecturers, 2 571 visitants, and 116 exhibiting firms on 4 345 m2.
EMV 2024
The 2024 iteration of EMV was a live trade exposition hosted in Messe Cologne between 12-14.03.2024. It was attended by 111 exhibiting firms from 20 nations. Their wares were overviewed by more than 2 500 visitants.
EMV 2025
The 2025 iteration of EMV was a live trade expo held in Messe Cologne between 25-27.03.2025. It featured over 140 exhibiting firms from 22 nations and approximately 2 500 visitants.

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.
The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:
“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”
“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”
“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”

Good day Tom,
Yes, we have checked out of the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe and we have already successfully returned home! Now there is a lot of work to do with the contact we gained during LIGNA.
As for the hotel, everything was great! Rooms were very clean, beds were soft! We really liked the pool and sauna which was available for the guests - it was a great relaxation after a long day at the exhibition! The only minor issue we ran into was during the check-in. For some reason our bookings was marked as to stay in rooms with one double bed. Thankfully upon our arrival the hotel was not full and employees of the hotel were quick to resolve the mishap with the beds!

Yes we are back from our trip and happy for you to pass on the below regarding Ashleys Gardens
We could walk from the venue to the Messe Dusseldorf exhibition centre which was a big advantage for us. So the location was key and a big tick.
The hotel is of course very old and the rooms are very small with no lift so up 2 flights of stairs with bags for everyone.
Restaurant is popular with the locals and often cannot fit you in for dinner and wont let you charge back to the rooms.
Staff are friendly and breakfast is good.

The trip went quite well. We only had one issue because our team was late for the check in on Friday and they couldn’t reach the hotel by phone.
There was just an answering machine in German and that was not useful, but they had no problem checking in in the end.
They’ve told me the hotel was nice and everything ran smoothly so thank you for all the support.
