CPhI Worldwide 2026 will be held between October 6th and 8th, 2026, in Fiera Milano. CPhI Worldwide 2027 will take place between the 9th and 11th of November 2027 at Messe Frankfurt.
Preface
CPhI Worldwide is an exhibition of great importance for the global pharmaceutical industry. It is the central hub for learning about the latest innovations and trends. It also serves as the primary procurement site for numerous professionals. CPhI is a global trade fair that alternates its host city each year. For example, its iterations have been conducted in Frankfurt, Madrid, Barcelona, and Milano. CPhI Worldwide receives a large and diverse attendee group. This includes suppliers of API, manufacturers of pharmaceutical machinery, outsourcing service providers, and developers of drug delivery devices. Legislation specialists, institutes for research & development, institutions of higher education, and producers of custom synthesis products and equipment also attend. Companies specialising in biopharmaceuticals, producers of OTC, and senior executives also visit. Because of its prominence, CPhI Worldwide welcomes an impressive group of attendees. For instance, one edition featured over 2 500 exhibitor firms and over 45 000 visitants. Over 170 nations attend the fair, including Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, and Germany.

CPhI Worldwide 2019
CPhI Worldwide 2019 marked a new attendant number record. The fair was visited by 48 961 attendees and over 2 500 exhibitors. Over 170 countries attended the edition at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. The edition took place between the 5th and 7th of November 2019 as a live exhibition.
CPhI Worldwide 2021
CPhI Worldwide 2021 occurred in a hybrid event format. The event comprised two parts with different durations. A live exhibition and a digital platform were the two aspects of the fair. Organisers implemented stringent coronavirus safeguards for the face-to-face expo. The rendition featured 173 exhibiting companies and 3,934 visitors.
CPhI Worldwide 2022
CPhI Worldwide 2022 also occurred in a hybrid format – a live trade show and a complementary digital platform. The edition was held in Messe Frankfurt. The venue did not include Covid-19 safety measures, such as the 3G entry policy, due to the removal of the domestic restrictions. The event was held between the 1st and 3rd of November 2022 and received over 1 800 exhibitor firms and over 45 800 visitants (80% had purchasing responsibility, including 57% who had C-Suite leadership positions). The digital aspect of the event received over 559 000 digital platform views, over 38 000 followers on Facebook, 19 680 followers on LinkedIn, 11 900 followers on Twitter, over 4 300 followers on Instagram and 310 800 views on YouTube.
CPhI Worldwide 2023
CPhI Worldwide 2023 occurred in a hybrid format in Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. The iteration was hosted between the 24th and 26th of October 2023 without incorporated coronavirus precautions. The event received over 2 500 exhibitants from 70 nations and more than 50 000 visitants from over 150 countries.
CPhI Worldwide 2024
CPhI Worldwide 2024 was a live trade expo hosted in Fiera Milano Rho between the 8th and 10th of October 2024. It featured the wares of around 3 000 exhibiting firms from 74 nations, approximately 62 000 visitants from 170 countries, and approximately 200 lecturers.

CPhI Worldwide 2025 in Frankfurt was a live trade expo held in Messe Frankfurt between the 28th and 30th of October 2025. It featured 2 400 exhibiting firms, 260 lecturers, and 67 000 visitants.

Do you have any idea when would be a good time to secure our booking for 2024? Our experience is that the hotels near Hannover Messe start to fill up 18 months in advance.

Thanks for everything, sorry for the confusion. I still own you a feedback from Hamburg. The Apartment Hotel - The location was not that bad, considering you are going there for the SMM show not for holiday. I had a subway station 10-12 min walk distance which was very useful , 3.20 Euro /day I was going back and forward from the exhibition center. - At the Hotel .base floor, they have a small restaurant and bar, but near the hotel at a 15m min range walk, you can find something to eat like, Pizza`s, McDonalds, Chinese Restaurant, Turkish Restaurant, German beer house with brezzels and sausages, etc - The room was a decent one, you can feel is an old Hotel by the building construction and the furniture vintage alike that gives you the impression of the `90`s, but they were clean, and looking good. - The room cleaning was ok, and also the guys from the front desk were quite polite and helpful. - Breakfast area was large which I like it the most, you did not feel crowded having many tables where to sit. The diversity was ok, nothing special, but looking clean and lots of personnel available for the coffer, table cleaning/arranging, etc - The down points are that rooms do not have A/C , the single room, has two small beds with separate mattresses put together, so if you want to roll over you will have a gap in the middle, so anyway you will use only one single bed. They say that the tap water is drinkable in Germany , but a hotel that respects its status, should offer complementary water bottle every day for the ones who prefer to stay safe, there wa sonly one 1L bottle at the first day and that`s it, I mean it costs 1Euro , you can add it to the room costs. The bathroom was only with liquid soap, no shower gel or shampoo. This is the most honest feedback you will get…

The accommodation was nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff. So far I have not gotten any negative feedback from our colleagues.
Also the location next to the metro station was perfect to get to the Fiera in Milano/Rho.
