thanks for your e.mail. Me and my colleague Mrs. Ratti appreciate the hotel accommodation in Tryp by Wyndham Frankfurt hotel. It was really comfortable and near to the Fairground. The only one disservice it was the free wi-fi connection, it didn’t work as well as we hoped and the room was very little. This was a very nice hotel and would consider staying again in the future. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were adequate and clean. The hotel is located near the subway station as well as the larger metro station at the Duomo. It was easy to get to the station and get around the city when necessary.

Tess was very helping and it was a pleasure to work with her. The hotel was very well located as per my request (few minnutes walk from the IBC exhibition), altough the rooms were not very clean and the hotel in general was a little bit scruffy, breakfast was very poor and price was quite high (200€ per night). Also, the room price was not refundable when we had to cancel one night, even if we informed the hotel 6 days before the booking.
Anyway, Tess offered a very good service, she followed up every step of our booking, and we really appreciated it. We surely recomend the Go Fair Ltd service ... By the way, we absolutely do NOT recommend Hotel Sander in Amsterdam.

Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. One of my colleagues tried to check in after 11pm using the self-service system it found is booking, asked him to enter my address, and then when pressed to confirm it said it couldn’t process my check-in. This happened to another colleague arriving late due to flight delays -the system is unreliable/faulty, which is a particular issue when the check-in desk is unmanned. Both had to use the hotel's emergency number. Overall the hotel was clean and service was ok.
Thanks for your email. For the Golden Leaf, generally speaking, it is a good experience. There are the tasty apples and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The people in the hotel are very nice. We just complain about the wi-fi in the hotel is not good, I can't use it in my room. I found many guests complaining about it in the reception. But anyway, thanks for your help.
Thank you for email. Everything went well during our stay. The hotel allowed early check-in. Room is new and clean, but is too small, and the hotel is located in good location as it is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to the old town. Only few points, it's a bit noisy surrounding(from the road), especially at night. The room does not seal and not well sound protected. With the room rate it would be good if the hotel served BF. Thank you.
