RETRO CLASSICS rolls around the calendar once more to showcase the rarest and most prized classic cars and automotive designs. The international exhibition has grown into one of the most significant events of its kind in Stuttgart, Germany. One look at the numbers confirms this –there are over 1550 exhibitors and more than 90,000 car enthusiasts and industry insiders ready to make the trip. RETRO CLASSICS also features a hall that allows for more rare vehicles to take the stage. Driving culture, restoration, and lifestyle trends are all represented in the exhibition space. Past Iterations
RETRO CLASSICS 2022
RETRO Classics took place between 21-24.04.2022 as a face-to-face event. Messe Stuttgart did not feature coronavirus protection measures due to the country removing its respective domestic regulations during the same month. The event received around 80,000 visitors.
RETRO CLASSICS 2023
The 2023 iteration of the event, held as a live trade exhibition between 23-26.02.2023, received over 82 000 visitants and around 570 exhibiting firms. The iterations' hoist location, Messe Stuttgart, did not feature coronavirus protection measures. This was due to the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions.
RETRO CLASSICS 2024
The 2024 iteration of the event was hosted between 25-28.04.2024 as a live trade exposition. It featured more than 510 exhibiting firms from around 20 nations.
RETRO CLASSICS 2025
The 2025 iteration of RETRO CLASSICS was held between 27.02-02.03.2025 as a live trade expo. It presented more than 2 200 vehicles on 90 000 m2. The iteration was attended by approximately 77 000 visitants.
RETRO CLASSICS 2026
RETRO CLASSICS 2026 was a live trade expo that presented 2 800 vehicles between 19-22.02.2026. It was attended by approximately 83 000 visitants.

Thanks for the follow up on our ProWein 24 trip.
The Mercure served its purpose for us as we were only there a couple of nights - and didn't really spend too much time at the hotel.
We understood hotel was a bit further out (and this was reflected in the pricing) - only slight negative was length of time it took for a taxi to arrive. Would have hoped hotel had a contract with taxi firm to ensure guests don't have too long to wait once ordered. We learned from our initial mistake and ensured we had pre-ordered a taxi for return to airport.
