Hospitalar 2026 will be held at São Paulo Expo as a live event. Shareholders and professionals eagerly expect the edition. Hospitalar 2026 will occur between the 19th and 22nd of May 2026.
Preface
Hospitalar Brazil (Hospitalar) is one of South America’s leading medical trade exhibitions. It is one of the pivotal presentation stages for medical technology industry representatives. Such include manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, health clinics and medical offices. This is due to the event presenting the most novel solutions and products for the industry and market. Such include high-end medical technology, furniture, clothing, home health care devices, et cetera. This results in an annual attendance of over 91 250 participants, comprising over 91 000 visitors and around 1 250 exhibitors. Such participants attend from nations such as Chile, Canada, India, Finland, and Egypt.
About the Hospitalar Exhibition
The Hospitalar Feira or Hospitalar fair features many showstoppers that are worth attending. Among them are the comprehensive trade exposition, Facilities Innovations and Facilities Congress. The expo features areas such as Hospital Rehabilitation, Internacional, Consumables, Home Care and Equipment, Diagnosis and Laboratories.

Hospitalar 2022
Feira Hospitalar 2022 was held as a live edition between the 17th and 20th of May 2022. It was hosted at the São Paulo Expo amidst rigorous Covid-19 safety measures such as social distancing and mandatory face masks. The event, which marked the restart of the hospitality sector in Brazil, featured around 1,000 exhibitors and approximately 50 000 visitors.
Hospitalar 2023
Feira Hospitalar 2023 occurred in a live exposition format between the 23rd and 26th of May 2023. The iteration featured around 1 000 exhibiting firms from 30 nations. The format did not include coronavirus precautions due to the repealing of the country's domestic pandemic restrictions.
Hospitalar 2024
Feira Hospitalar 2024 occurred as a live trade exposition between the 21st and 24th of May 2024. The event was attended by over 1 000 exhibiting firms from 30 nations and more than 50 000 visitants.
Hospitalar 2025
Feira Hospitalar 2025 took place as a live trade expo between the 20th and 23rd of May 2025. It featured over 1 200 exhibiting firms from 50 nations and more than 80 000 visitants.

Tom Many thanks for your e mail. I have left some feedback with the hotel but I thought the hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the gym was usefeul & the food was excellent. In terms of location it was perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel for future stays. 5 stars from me & if it is good enough to accommodate both Robbie savage and Howard Webb then it was good enough for me. In terms of your service you provided it was excellent and hassle free – it takes the stress out of looking for hotels. Are you a partner for the accommodation side of DSEi as we will probably look to exhibit in 2017 – I would love to stay at the hotel again but recognise that you can only book maybe 10 – 12 months in advance ?

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

Hello George,
The rooms are comfortable, quiet and very clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide choiche and alternatives available. Corridors need refurbishing as the carpeting is really worn out, as well as room doors. Hotel restaurant closed on sunday but other restaurants are available at walking distance. Taxis to Prowein quite expensive. If traffic is smooth, it takes approx 20 minutes to get to the Exhibition ground.
