Dear Tom,
We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and people are friendly and helpful but it is really very old fashioned! The furniture and decoration 1970, could become very fancy again in a few years maybe? I recommend to take your own body wash etc with you while theirs isn't good quality. Breakfast is very correct Have a nice day and I will certainly contact you again for a next fair.

Thanks for the follow up on our ProWein 24 trip.
The Mercure served its purpose for us as we were only there a couple of nights - and didn't really spend too much time at the hotel.
We understood hotel was a bit further out (and this was reflected in the pricing) - only slight negative was length of time it took for a taxi to arrive. Would have hoped hotel had a contract with taxi firm to ensure guests don't have too long to wait once ordered. We learned from our initial mistake and ensured we had pre-ordered a taxi for return to airport.

The trip was a success thank you.
The hotel was adequate. Rooms were clean but a little too small. Breakfast was fine. Last time we visited Bauma 3 years ago we stayed at the Cocoon hotel ‘same area’ which was much more spacious.

First of all, thank you for your service in short notice, obviously was my mistake for starting to search accommodation to late, but nevertheless you was on desired level of professionalism.
Regarding hotel, hotel as it is, was correct, but location in industrial zone, and lot of trucks which passing by windows was unpleasant experience, so I would not recommend this hotel for this price to no one, but I am aware of moment which we choose to make reservation in Cologne .
Regarding next IDS, it is a good idea, if we don’t have to pay nothing in advance, then yes, you can make some reservations for similar rates, but with location near city center or Koelnmesse.

Your services were superb, the hotel was alright, very clean and really close to the metro station.
The only issue was the breakfast as it was a typical german one and not the european/standard one. Overall happy with the hotel, the owner was kind and so were the staff.
