The trip went quite well. We only had one issue because our team was late for the check in on Friday and they couldn’t reach the hotel by phone.
There was just an answering machine in German and that was not useful, but they had no problem checking in in the end.

The only thing that i can tell is the issue with the breakfast that while each time after i sent your email the issue was taking care the next day existed again. there was no update between personel and system.
