The service received by Mrs Ellie Stone can only be praised. She is professional, fast handling and 100% engaged in providing prompt and satisfying answers to customer needs and requests. All this in a very pleasant way. As to the hotel I chose, the location was great, the breakfast very nice, the rooms are quiet small, but clean and cozy. Only the bar should be looked at, as there is not much choice, neither in food nor in beverage. All in all a good place to stay during a fair.

Thank you for email. Everything went well during our stay. The hotel allowed early check-in. Room is new and clean, but is too small, and the hotel is located in good location as it is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to the old town. Only few points, it's a bit noisy surrounding(from the road), especially at night. The room does not seal and not well sound protected. With the room rate it would be good if the hotel served BF. The trip was a success thank you.
The hotel was adequate. Rooms were clean but a little too small. Breakfast was fine. Last time we visited Bauma 3 years ago we stayed at the Cocoon hotel ‘same area’ which was much more spacious.
