MEDICA 2026 will occur as a live trade exhibition between the 16th and 19th of October 2026. The event will coincide with COMPAMED 2026. The two trade fairs will be held at Messe Düsseldorf.

MEDICA 2020

The 2020 edition of MEDICA took place between the 16th and 19th of November 2020 in digital format. The rendition featured 1500 exhibitor firms and 45 000 visitants. The exhibitors presented a total of 18 300 products during the event. One hundred and sixty-nine nations attended the iteration.

MEDICA 2021

COMPAMED 2021 and MEDICA 2021 occurred as hybrid events between November 15, 2021, and November 18, 2021. Messe Düsseldorf implemented strict coronavirus safeguards. The concurrent editions attracted over 46 000 visitants from 150 countries. Furthermore, the 2021 editions attracted over 3 500 exhibitor firms from 70 nations. Both editions had an impressive number of speakers: 610. 77 300 unique individuals were registered on the complementary digital platforms.

MEDICA 2022

Over 81 000 visitants (75% of them travelling from abroad) took part in MEDICA 2022 and COMPAMED 2022. The events held as live trade exhibitions between the 14th and 17th of November 2022 additionally featured more than 5 000 exhibitor firms. The venue, Messe Düsseldorf, did not feature coronavirus safeguards due to the removal of the domestic restrictions.

MEDICA 2023

More than 86 000 participants attended MEDICA 2023 and COMPAMED 2023. This included 83 000 visitants from 166 nations (75% travelling from abroad and 80% being executives) and over 6 000 exhibitants. The live trade expositions took place between the 13th and 16th of October 2023 in Messe Düsseldorf. 

MEDICA 2024
