Orgatec 2018
Orgatec 2018 marked a new record for the event regarding its participation rates. Orgatec 2022
Orgatec 2022 took place between the 25th and 29th of October 2022 in Messe Cologne. The venue did not include coronavorus safeguards. This was because Germany countermanded its pandemic restrictions. It received 686 exhibiting firms from 43 countries (78% were from abroad) and around 45 000 visitants from 130 nations.
Orgatec 2024
Orgatec 2024 in Germany was a live trade expo hosted between the 22nd and 25th of October 2024 in Messe Cologne. It occurred on around 140 000 m2 of event space. We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

The stay was pleasant and we really appreciated the restaurant's cuisine: the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel was providential given the long travel time of just 15 km separating the hotel from the fair (45-60 minutes).
For us the exhibition was successful and we have already signed up for the next edition in 2026: any possibility for you to find a more convenient solution? Better if reachable on foot or well connected by public transport.
