The 2023 edition of Middle East Energy or MEE will take place between 07.03.2023 and 09.03.2023. The event will be face-to-face. Organisers have assured that a strict COVID-19 prevention plan has been put in place at the venue. The safety measures will include precautions such as social distancing and mandatory face masks. At all times, attendees of Middle East Electricity must maintain a social distance of 2 metres. They must also wear face masks that cover the lower part of their face. They should note that pre-registration is mandatory for all participants. During the process, they will be asked to provide information such as full name, mobile number, home address and a valid email. They must also avoid physical forms of networking such has handshakes. Attendees should note that due to the current travel restrictions the UAE has in place, they need to show upon arrival 3G documents. Such include negative test results or vaccination passports.

The opening hours of the event are between 10 am and 6 pm. the exhibition centre has a convenient location within Dubai. It is 30 minutes by tram from Dubai Airport. It can also be reached in 35 minutes from the city centre via bus 29.
