Preface
The Amsterdam RAI hosts the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC or IBC Amsterdam) once per year. The organiser’s same-named site is also the IBC Amsterdam’s venue of choice. The IBC is among the media and broadcasting industry's most pivotal events. This is because it provides an opportunity to learn about the most up-to-date innovations. Attendees can also network and show their latest products at the event.
IBC is also the central source of information for experts seeking to expand their knowledge. This includes content writers, media technology and production specialists, and music directors. This, similarly, applies to editors, videography experts, radio specialists, media companies, and artists. Likewise, the event is essential for news analysts, sound mix specialists, and broadcasters. This similarly applies to proofreaders, media producers, business and creative executives. Broadcast/sound/audio/recording engineers, project coordinators, animators, and equipment technicians likewise attend. So do content acquisition and production companies.
As a result of its importance, the IBC conference in Amsterdam receives a diverse and extensive participant group. For instance, one edition featured more than 56 000 attendants. This included more 1 700 exhibitor firms and over 30 000 high-ranking executives. More than 150 nations visit the IBC, including the USA, France, China, Argentina, and South Africa.
About IBC Amsterdam
The IBC can be beneficial for media and broadcasting specialists. This is due to the trade event enabling them to complete several business goals. The agenda features many highlight micro-events. These include the comprehensive exhibition and three forums (Cyber Security, Leader’s and Telco & Media Innovation). It also features three dedicated zones (Big Screen, Future Zone, and IBC Launch Pad). Additionally, the event includes two international competitions (Honour of Excellence and Innovation Award). Attendees can also take part in Workflow Tours and Accelerator Programme.
The IBC Amsterdam’s exhibitor list includes Google, Microsoft, and Adobe. They also include Canon, Disney, and the BBC. Entertainment, media and broadcasting industry professionals attend the IBC.

The team of Travel To Fairs Ltd. has helped me a lot, met my needs (research for an accomodation for my guests, and changes of the last minutes); the hotel, a three stars category 20 minutes from the fair of Trondheim, was very clean and the staff very helpfull and kind.

Our trip to the EMO Hanover fair was successful, overall it was a great trip with lots to see and do in Hanover.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation, although we were initially looking for a hotel, we actually preferred the apartment accommodation to that of a hotel.
The service we received from Jane was GREAT.
From the moment Anton sent the request for accommodation, we received a number of accommodation options within our price range.
We have received prompt detailed responses to all the questions we had.
The payment process was simple and easy.
The location of the accommodation was perfect, a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to trains for transport and a number of restaurants within walking distance.
I will definitely recommend Travel To Fairs to anyone looking for accommodation when travelling abroad to attend Trade shows.

Hello George,
Everything went well, Hotel Century (4) is our favourite. For next year we can try something different like Crowne Plaza Geneva.
Laura
Dear Ellie,
Everything went well, Hotel Montbrillant (4) is good.
We found the hotel clean and tidy with really helpful and friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible
Dear Mark, Sorry to reply this late! I have just got back to Taiwan after this long business trip – the K was very successful and thank you for asking. I would love to take a while to give you mine, and my Teammates’ feedback about the accommodation. Overall impression: Very good value for money! Pros: 1. Great location – it took 2 minutes to walk to the metro station and then 20 more minutes on the train to get to the fair. 2. Lots of restaurants and shops around – very convenient! 3. Rooms were big and clean, and we had plenty of space for our suitcases. 4. Comfortable beds, central heating and big bathrooms. 5. We will definitely consider it for the next K! it fulfilled most of our requirements! Having said all that I know you would like to know about the cons. I do not try to attack you, as you don’t run the hotel, but for your reference and future customers you should be aware of the down side of the hotel; 1. There was no internet connection in the rooms – I think it was the biggest problem for us, as we had to receive emails and work in the lobby – the only place with the internet connection. You must know that the lobby was in a different building across the street! So this was not what I had in mind when ordering the rooms – Wi-Fi connection in the room is the most important thing when searching hotels for myself and my Team. The lobby was also a bar and a restaurant at the same time so it was inconvenient for us and other patrons to work there. The staff of the hotel did nothing upon my request to fix the connection in at least some of our rooms. 2. Great location – unfortunately it comes with a price – the area was busy and loud every night and for the whole night, the windows didn’t block all of the noise of breaking glass and drunken singing. As I said at the beginning it was good value for money, and we would still chose this one! Knowing it was loud and there was no internet would not stop us from ordering it, but it would give us heads up and chance to mentally prepare. I hope my feedback was helpful and you will communicate with the hotel the need for Wi-Fi.
Thank you! Best Regards, Emma TRACZ Regional Manager
