- There was little choice at breakfast.
- For weekend arrivals the reception is empty.
- The windows could not be opened due to laws/ ordinances.

Positive:
- The train is 3 - 5 minutes walk away.
- There are some good restaurants nearby
- On request you got the key to open the window
- There were shopping facilities (supermarkets) nearby
- The hotel offers parking possibilities; (Otherwise there is a parking garage 100 m away)
- The parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge

Dear Tom,

As the operating and marketing manager of our new office abroad, sometimes one just doesn`t have enough time to take care of small details that come back to haunt you at the very last minute. Even though, I was not familiar with your company before and I had never worked with an external company either, you remained reassuring and have kept your word. Within a very limited time frame and with only a few emails you were able to put me and 10 of my colleagues in a good hotel, with excellent service and near the city center... The hotel was perfect with reasonable access to Messe Frankfurt. The rooms are new and clean and very ergonomic. The best breakfast that I could ever had.

It was great to get the help from Travel to Fairs helping me to find a suitable hotel for a group of 5-6 people attending Ambiente 2024. We were late in arranging how many would go and always adding more people but Jack Turner and his colleagues solved all our needs fast and with a remarkable patience. I recommend Travel to fairs to everyone travelling for work.

Good exhibition.

The hotel as expected, had a little bit of trouble getting in, door codes were sent to wrong phone number, but fixed when calling the reception. So nothing to complain about.
