The trade show will have the latest Covid-19 prevention measures in place to ensure attendee safety. Participants should note that implemented measures will follow the latest government regulations. The measures may change depending on the circumstance. At present, the safety plan will include the following precautions:
Vinexpo Paris is a biannual trade fair that coincides with Wine Paris. It is an exclusive B2B show that features around 3,000 exhibitors and more than 30,000 trade visitors. This is due to the trade fair allowing them to network with leading market players. Furthermore, the fair enables participants to expand their specialist knowledge and gain recognition. Additionally, Vinexpo Paris allows attendees to overview the alcoholic beverages' industry. They can also influence the sector's future by finding new solutions. The trade fair is organised by COMEXPOSIUM and VINEXPO at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Founded in 2020, the event takes place every 2 years.
Vinexpo Paris is an important fair for the wine and alcoholic beverage sector. The event receives professionals such as wine producers, merchants, wine associations, and cooperatives. It also includes winegrowers, key market players, wholesalers, sommeliers, and distributors. Furthermore, the event receives professionals from the catering, hotel, and retail sectors. Examples include restaurateurs and convenience shop owners. The leading exhibitors include companies such as Aldi and the Crenn Dining Group.

Furthermore, participants can observe the industry, including potential competitors. Vinexpo Paris additionally enables gaining recognition and raising brand awareness.
Vinexpo can help attendees in achieving such goals via its comprehensive programme. It features sub-events such as masterclasses, tastings, expert talks and themed areas. Among the leading micro-events that take place is the Vinexpo Academy. The Academy allows attendees to sample wines and expand their specialist knowledge. This is due to the Academy featuring a comprehensive list of masterclasses, conferences and wine tastings. The masterclasses provide information about topics, such as the latest trends. Examples include “Understanding wine trends and the drivers of future consumption”. The conferences also focus on topics such as the latest key themes and issues. Each Academy session features leading speakers such as Laurent Mallet.
Apart from the Academy, Vinexpo Paris also features specially-themed areas. These allow participants to learn about industry aspects such as mixology. The themed zones include Be Spirits, Wine Tech Perspectives, La Nouvelle Vague, WOW! World of Organic Wines, and L’Avenue. Be Spirits is the themed area that showcases spirits and mixology. The themed zone takes place at the Infinite Bar, a 50-metre zone that features 20 bars. Each bar presents craft brands and mixology practices. The zone serves as the meeting place for bartenders, caterers, restaurateurs, and importers. It also attracts distributors, buyers, media representatives, and e-commerce companies. Be Spirits can be quite beneficial for leading and start-up brands or mixologists. This is due to the location allowing them to gain recognition and to network. Furthermore, the area allows visitors to learn about the latest mixology trends. Such include new consumption tendencies, favoured types of spirits and others.
The Wine Tech Perspectives zone is ideal for professionals seeking to learn about the latest innovations. This is due to the site allowing them to learn about new challenges and technologies. They can also gain recognition by attending as presenters or speakers. The La Nouvelle Vague zone is among the main sub-events for aspiring winegrowers. It allows them to gain recognition and network with professionals such as retailers. Each aspiring winegrower receives an individual counter where they can present their products. To be eligible for the themed zone, attendees need to be in the business of wine production for less than 5 years. They must also not have more than the 3rd vintage of a domain created, purchased or taken over after 2015. Participants wishing to take part as brand creators must not have a production rate exceeding 50,000 bottles.
WOW! World of Wines is the specialised area for organic and biodynamic wines or spirits. It is where attendees can sample the finest organic vintages from around the world. This can be quite beneficial for participants such as caterers and restaurant owners. It can also be of great help to retailers, buyers, and wholesalers. The L’Avenue is another themed area of great interest. It allows participants to sample premium brands in a setting resembling Boulevard Haussmann. This is due to the zone featuring fine-dining restaurants and top hotels that present high-quality products.
Vinexpo Paris also features the Communal International Area. This is a special zone located in Hall 7 that presents wines from 60 wine regions. This includes countries such as Spain, South Africa, Georgia, Switzerland, and Germany. They also include Greece, Austria, Argentina, Italy, and New Zealand. Additionally, the represented nations feature Romania, Portugal, the UK, and Turkey. The Area will enable professionals to taste high-quality wines and to network with potential partners.
Networking is also the main purpose of the One to Wine Meetings sub-service and event. It is a booking service that allows participants to schedule meetings. During the meetings, attendees can discuss the establishment of new business connections. The meetings take place in dedicated meeting rooms located near the exhibition halls. The One to Wine Meetings can also be spontaneous as in without pre-schedule.

Dear Tom,
The service of Go Fair (your service) was excellent, I would really like to work with you again in 2017 (next Offshore). The people who will go to this fair would like to stay at Skene House Whitehall again, if you could manage this in the future, this would be great. (I don´t really know if Skene House will be exclusively offered by Munroe´s).
Kind regards,
Michaela Dohmen
