The next edition of EXPO Ferroviaria will take place between 30.09.2025 and 02.10.2025 at Fiera Milano Rho. The format of the event will be face-to-face. It will not feature strict Covid-19 prevention measures, including mandatory masks and social distancing. This is due to the country repealing its pandemic restrictions.

The 10th edition of EXPO Ferroviaria took place at Fiera Milano Rho between 28.09.2021 and 30.09.2021. The edition brought together 10 000 attendants including 7000 visitors and 188 exhibitors from 14 countries. The event took place as a hybrid event for the first and consisted of a face-to-face exhibition and a digital platform. The face-to-face exhibition component of the fair featured strict COVID-19 prevention measures, such as mandatory masks and proof of immunity. The digital platform included 19 sessions organised into 2 dedicated Forums.
EXPO Ferroviaria 2023
The 11th iteration of EXPO Ferroviaria was a live trade exposition hosted in Fiera Milano Rho between 03-05.10.2023. It did not feature coronavirus precautions due to the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions. EXPO Ferroviaria 2023 featured 275 exhibitants.

The hotel is located near the subway station as well as the larger metro station at the Duomo. It was easy to get to the station and get around the city when necessary.
