thank you for helping me find a hotel for my clients. Unfortunately, the hotel was a little farther than customers expected, but everything was done without blame.

Yes indeed we were staying at the Mokinba Hotel.

The accommodation was nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff. So far I have not gotten any negative feedback from our colleagues.

Also the location next to the metro station was perfect to get to the Fiera in Milano/Rho.

All went fine, we enjoyed the hotel due to its walking distance location, but the only downside was the breakfast.

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.

The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback. 

I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.  

Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

The 2 night booking was misplaced by the hotel, so after 30 mins checking our vouchers we were forced to rebook for one night at reception and pay again. We then booked another hotel for our second night. Very poor hotel, very cold, decor very much in need of repair. Breakfast ok.

Because of the mixup, Go Fair refunded us in full and dealt with us quickly and professionally. Definately service 'above and beyond' Very happy to recommend Go fair and use them again.

Thanks, all went well. Normally we book ourselves, but it is good to know that we can come to you if needed.
