It was great to get the help from Travel to Fairs helping me to find a suitable hotel for a group of 5-6 people attending Ambiente 2024. We were late in arranging how many would go and always adding more people but Jack Turner and his colleagues solved all our needs fast and with a remarkable patience. Aircraft Interior Expo 2018
The AIX's 2018 edition, which was conducted in Hamburg Messe, set a new turnout record. This was due to the event receiving 14 000 attendees.
Aircraft Interior Expo 2019
The event's success was continued by the 2019 iteration, which attracted a total of 16 000 attending specialists in Hamburg Messe. The AIX's 20th anniversary was likewise commemorated in this iteration.

The 2023 iteration of AIX occurred as a live trade exposition that featured a 59% increase in airline buyer attendance, as well as 464 exhibiting firms. The event was held at Messe Hamburg and, like the 2022 format, did not include coronavirus precautions.
Aircraft Interiors Expo 2024
AIX 2024 occurred as a live trade exposition in Messe Hamburg. It featured around 460 exhibiting firms, with 40 of them being first-time attendants and 12 817 visitants.

The fair went quite well.
They told me that their stay at the Aparthotel Lenau was very good and that they didn't have any major problems. The only drawback was being on the 4th or 5th floor without an elevator (especially for carrying suitcases), and during check-in, some of the terminals weren't working, so it took quite a while, but otherwise, it was in a great location, very easy to park, spacious and clean rooms... Very good.
We are not going to reserve anything for future editions yet, as we are not sure whether we will participate directly or through an agent/distributor.
As soon as we have any needs again, I will contact you, as our experience with you has been very good, with very quick responses and excellent service.

I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.

The Novotel was a comfortable, clean, modern and efficient location for attending the Ligna show.
Depending on the group attending the Ligna show, another option would be Hannover Old Town which is a short walk further and adds a historic German/European experience. Most evenings we walked to this area for dinner from the Novotel.
