The reservations were fulfilled properly, and the hotel was excellent with one exception: no shower curtain/door in the bathroom made for difficult showering. Our next trip to Europe is for wire 2016, www.wire.de, in Dusseldorf, Germany.

As the operating and marketing manager of our new office abroad, sometimes one just doesn`t have enough time to take care of small details that come back to haunt you at the very last minute. Even though, I was not familiar with your company before and I had never worked with an external company either, you remained reassuring and have kept your word. Within a very limited time frame and with only a few emails you were able to put me and 10 of my colleagues in a good hotel, with excellent service and near the city center... Thanks for your e-mail. I would have contacted you in any case to thank you for finding the hotel. The Grand Hotel Mussmann was excellent in every respect. The location was convenient for the tram and the bedrooms were quiet, even with the window left open at night. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, light, and tastefully decorated. For me, the combination of tiled and wooden floors was a bonus, much preferred to carpets. There was a conveniently-placed large desk on which to work by the window and WI-FI available free of charge. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Marks – 10 out of 10! We would like to stay in this hotel the next time we attend the Hannover Show in April 2017; (we exhibit there on alternate years). Many thanks to you for finding just the right hotel for us. I would recommend your service to others without hesitation.

Hi Albena, 

The trip to the fair all went very well.   I have had very little feedback, which is a good sign because I only hear when things go wrong. 

However,  I did ask.  The hotel was basic (not luxurious) but in a good location for transport to the fair and they were happy with it.
