About Hotel Marconi, Ihave a couple of things to point out:
1)Mrs. Straccia and Mrs. Fantaccione had rooms not good enough for a 4**** Hotel (they were really small, not so nice and below the ground floor…). Mrs. Straccia asked to change it and the Hotel did it. Honestly, the Hotel asked us to pay the full amount one year in advance, we did it but we expected to have the best rooms, and the Hotel was big with lots of rooms);
2)the temperature in some rooms (also Mr. Pagliuca ones) was quite cold.
By the way, aside this (even important), the staying was quite good.
About Megan, she is great as usual

Thanks for your email. For the Golden Leaf, generally speaking, it is a good experience. There are the tasty apples and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The people in the hotel are very nice. We just complain about the wi-fi in the hotel is not good, I can't use it in my room. I found many guests complaining about it in the reception. But anyway, thanks for your help.
