Tire Technology Expo 2027 will occur between the 2nd and 4th of March 2027 in Deutsche Messe. The format will be in-person.

Preface

Europe’s most pivotal tire manufacturing trade exhibition is the Tire Technology Expo. It is where the tire manufacturing industry meets to exchange information and network. The exposition is hosted in Deutsche Messe, one of Hannover’s leading exhibition centres. The exhibition is among the city’s main events.

The Expo is the tire manufacturing industry's main meeting event. It draws a large group of attendees from various sectors. This includes specialists from the metalworking machinery manufacturing and machinery manufacturing sectors. It also attracts members from the engineering services sector. Many of the trade visitors and exhibitors are high-ranking executives. These include CEOs and research & development specialists. Many companies visit intending to network or learn the latest trends. About Tire Technology Expo

The exposition features a diverse event agenda, including a comprehensive exhibition. It showcases innovations such as novel tire production solutions, raw materials, and tools. The event also features many award competitions. One of the most notable is the Tire Technology International Awards for Innovation and Excellence. It lauds novel solutions and improvements in tire manufacturing via its more than 10 categories. These include tire design, manufacturing, chemicals, materials, concepts, R&D, et cetera. Tire Technology Expo often is the hosting location for various guest Award competitions. One such example is the Young Scientist Prize. It lauds the innovative potential and initiative of young scientists and engineers.

Participants can also look forward to the Tire Technology Conference and the various workshops. The Conference enables attendants to learn about and discuss the latest challenges. Examples include implementing the circular economy or digitalisation. The workshops, such as the RAIN RFID Masterclass, enable participants to expand their specialist knowledge. For instance, they can improve and learn new skills, such as embedding RFID tags in tires.

Tire Technology Expo 2022

Tire Technology Expo 2022 occurred in Deutsche Messe from May 18th to May 20th, 2022. The event was hosted as a face-to-face trade show, with the venue not featuring coronavirus safeguards. This was due to the removal of the related restrictions. The event focused on three key concepts. There were approximately 189 exhibitors from around 31 nations.

Tire Technology Expo 2023

The 2023 iteration occurred in Deutsche Messe between the 21st and 23rd of March 2023 without implementing coronavirus safeguards. The event was attended by 230 exhibiting companies from 26 nations and more than 130 lecturers.

Tire Technology Expo 2024

The 2024 iteration occurred in Deutsche Messe between the 19th and 21st of March 2024. It was attended by more than 240 exhibiting firms from around 23 nations and over 180 lecturers.  

Tire Technology Expo 2025

Tire Technology Expo 2025 in Hannover was held between the 4th and 6th of March 2025 in Deutsche Messe. It showcased the wares of over 240 exhibiting firms from 27 nations and the lectures of more than 165 lecturers.  

Tire Technology Expo 2026

Tire Technology Expo 2026 in Hannover was a live trade expo hosted between the 3rd and 5th of March 2026. It featured around 250 exhibiting firms from 27 nations and over 175 lecturers.
