Your services were superb, the hotel was alright, very clean and really close to the metro station.
The only issue was the breakfast as it was a typical german one and not the european/standard one. Overall happy with the hotel, the owner was kind and so were the staff.

Thank you fro getting back to us. We had a great time at the Park Plaza Vondelpark. Service was good and the rooms were clean. The only two thinks we were quite surprised about was that there was almost no light in the rooms and that there were no parking spots exclusively for the hotel. The hotel was adequate. Rooms were clean but a little too small. Breakfast was fine. Last time we visited Bauma 3 years ago we stayed at the Cocoon hotel ‘same area’ which was much more spacious.

Thanks for your email. For the Golden Leaf, generally speaking, it is a good experience. There are the tasty apples and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The people in the hotel are very nice. We just complain about the wi-fi in the hotel is not good, I can't use it in my room. I found many guests complaining about it in the reception. But anyway, thanks for your help.

Thank you for asking. This is the second time my colleagues stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the fairgrounds and comfortable facilities.
We knew it thanks to Megan and already accommodated in 2022 during the same fair.
Compared to the previous time I was informed by colleagues that the treatment was not that good.
On the other hand, the treatment with Megan Moore has always been very correct and efficient. I hope to contact her for other alternatives next time.

Thanks Tracy for reaching out. We certainly enjoyed our time in Frankfurt. The hotel was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
We enjoyed the Fair. There was certainly lots to see. Unfortunately the fair did not have any fashion or jewelry or purses which would have been of interest to us. Is there a fair that focuses on those items. All in all we did enjoy the vast array of products on display at the fair and enjoyed many interesting conversations with retailers and distributors.
