Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. Thank you again for all your support ! Have a great day !

The hotel as expected, had a little bit of trouble getting in, door codes were sent to wrong phone number, but fixed when calling the reception. So nothing to complain about.

The hotel « Zum Deutschen Eck » was perfect for what we wanted and a special mention for the person at the reception : he was very nice and competent.

The hotel was clean and very arranging so perfect for all our next K fairs for sure !

Hi Christine,

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.

The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:

“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”

“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”

“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”
