Preface
RACC is among the prominent refrigeration and AC trade fairs in China and the world. It occurs annually at a different venue in China. Its editions are hosted for three days in October and feature diverse wares. These encompass HVAC+R equipment. It receives over 9,000 visitors, more than 100 media experts and over 300 exhibiting firms from 11 nations. This incorporates participants such as manufacturers, logistics experts and distributors.
About RACC

RACC 2023
RACC 2023 occurred in the Ningbo International Expo Center as a live trade exhibition between the 25th and 27th of October, 2023. It took place on more than 30 000 m2 of event space and received around 30 500 attendants. This included approximately 500 exhibitants and around 30 000 visitants.
RACC 2024
RACC 2024 was a live trade expo hosted in the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Centre between 23-25.10.2024. It featured the wares of more than 600 exhibiting firms and was attended by around 18 000 visitants (over 11% from abroad) during the first day.
RACC 2025
RACC 2025 was a live trade expo hosted between 23-25.10.2025. It featured the wares of over 470 exhibiting firms.

I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.

Vitafoods 2026 edition was great!
However, we encountered a problem with the hotel. We had requested twin rooms with separate beds. We were surprised to find that the rooms only had double beds. For a business trip, this was a bit surprising. The hotel did, however, find a way to resolve the issue, and we were able to stay in rooms with separate beds. Apart from that, the hotel was great.
For next year, we’ll attend again to Vitafoods 2027. Do you have any options already? We’ll have one more double room with twin bed.
