RACC Expo 2024 will occur as a live trade exposition between 23-25.10.2024. The event will occur in the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Centre. The locale will not feature coronavirus precautions due to the country repealing its pandemic restrictions. Attendees should note that they will be asked to fill in a Customs Health Declaration Form before entry.
Preface
RACC is among the prominent refrigeration and AC trade fairs in China and the world. It occurs annually at a different venue in China. Its editions are hosted for three days in October and feature diverse wares. These encompass HVAC+R equipment. It receives over 9,000 visitors, more than 100 media experts and over 300 exhibiting firms from 11 nations. This incorporates participants such as manufacturers, logistics experts and distributors.

Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.

There was some problem with overbooking with the first hotel but Tom managed to fix it for us and find a new place to stay.

Dear Tom,
thank you again for your care and professionalism. For sure I'll address only to you for all future events as well. As for the hotel - it is located very good, the interior layouts are also very good. The only minus there is extremely poor breakfast. Last time in Arosa Hotel, and even in Crown hotel they were much better, being at the same time enough plain.

I would like to thank you for our booking and making our stay super amazing at Mitico! They are so very helpful, made everything so comfortable for us and most certainly you can recommend this hotel to other wheelchair users! We made some recommendations to a lady there, I think it may have been Laura about the bathroom which could use a little improving.
Once again, thank you for you the help offered regarding everything!
For next year I would like to start sourcing for 5 people (1 wheelchair user) as this year because the bookings were so late, we were all around Bologna and the taxi fairs were insane.
