MIPIM Cannes 2027 will occur as a live exhibition between the 15th and 19th of March 2027. The event will be held at Cannes' Palais des Festivals et des Congres.
MIPIM – A Brief Introduction
MIPIM ranks among the biggest and most influential real estate events on the territory of Europe, and every year it attracts the best of the best in Cannes, France. The international exhibition has a wide scope of interests within real estate from financing to development, which is why it generates so much foot traffic. Organizers report that some editions have received 26 000 visitants. If that is not impressive enough – more than 4000 were C-Level professionals and 6 000 were investors. These numbers should speak volumes as to why you should be exhibiting at MIPIM.

Mipim Cannes 2021
The hybrid MIPIM 2021 took place between 7-8.09.2021. It comprised a live trade exhibition that was complemented by a digital platform. The edition featured the theme “New world, new era”, which influenced the conference program. The theme focused on the challenges of reimagining the sector by taking into consideration environmental issues and addressing crucial topics such as global warming. The edition received a total of 4 200 trade visitants.
Mipim Cannes 2022
MIPIM 2022 occurred between 15-18.03.2022 as a live event. The iteration received 20 000 attendants including over 360 lecturers, 150 government representatives, and 2 400 exhibiting firms. To ensure the safety of all attendees, the venue featured the latest coronavirus precautions, including social distancing.
Mipim Cannes 2023
MIPIM 2023, hosted between 14-17.03.2023, featured 23 000 attendants from 90 nations. The event did not include coronavirus precautions. This was because of the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions. The participants included 76 of the top 100 investment managers.
Mipim Cannes 2024
MIPIM 2024 was hosted between 12-15.03.2024. It featured more than 22 000 attendants from 90 countries. A total of 4 000 000 000 EUR worth of assets were produced during the conducting of business between more than 300 stands.
Mipim Cannes 2025
MIPIM 2025 was held between 11-14.03.2025. It featured more than 20 000 attendants from over 90 nations during its hosting in Cannes' Palais des Festivals et des Congres.
Mipim Cannes 2026
MIPIM 2026 was held as a live trade expo between 09-13.03.2026. It featured around 20 000 attendants from 90 nations.

Hope all is well. I wanted to report back the NH in Frankfurt was lovely and everyone loved it. Now I wanted to switch gears and get rooms held for World ADC London, BIO in San Diego and CPHI Milan with our existing credit balance if possible.
For BIO I would like to book the Marriott Marquis for 10 rooms. For World ADC London the closest hotel to the Expo for 6 rooms. And for CPHI Milan I would like to have options by the terminal and by the Duomo piazza for 10 rooms.

Of course, the difference in service quality, in comparison with the hotel in Germany, it is felt, the level is lower and the service staff - surly. But good news are that the exhibitors needed hotel only during the nights as the day-time was very busy (only weather could be better.....).

Thank you for asking. This is the second time my colleagues stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the fairgrounds and comfortable facilities.
We knew it thanks to Megan and already accommodated in 2022 during the same fair.
Compared to the previous time I was informed by colleagues that the treatment was not that good.
On the other hand, the treatment with Megan Moore has always been very correct and efficient. I hope to contact her for other alternatives next time.
