MIPIM Cannes 2026 will occur as a live exhibition between the 9th and 13th of March 2026. The event will be held at Cannes' Palais des Festivals et des Congres.
MIPIM ranks among the biggest and most influential real estate events on the territory of Europe, and every year it attracts the best of the best in Cannes, France. The international exhibition has a wide scope of interests within real estate from financing to development, which is why it generates so much foot traffic. The hybrid MIPIM 2021 took place between 7-8.09.2021. It comprised a live trade exhibition that was complemented by a digital platform. The edition featured the theme “New world, new era”, which influenced the conference program. The theme focused on the challenges of reimagining the sector by taking into consideration environmental issues and addressing crucial topics such as global warming. The edition received a total of 4 200 trade visitants.
MIPIM 2022 occurred between 15-18.03.2022 as a live event. The iteration received 20 000 attendants including over 360 lecturers, 150 government representatives, and 2 400 exhibiting firms. To ensure the safety of all attendees, the venue featured the latest coronavirus precautions, including social distancing.
MIPIM 2023, hosted between 14-17.03.2023, featured 23 000 attendants from 90 nations. The event did not include coronavirus precautions. This was because of the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions. The participants included 76 of the top 100 investment managers.
MIPIM 2024 was hosted between 12-15.03.2024. It featured more than 22 000 attendants from 90 countries. A total of 4 000 000 000 EUR worth of assets were produced during the conducting of business between more than 300 stands.
MIPIM 2025 was held between 11-14.03.2025. It featured more than 20 000 attendants from over 90 nations during its hosting in Cannes' Palais des Festivals et des Congres.

Hi Tom,
Thank you fro getting back to us. We had a great time at the Park Plaza Vondelpark. Service was good and the rooms were clean. The only two thinks we were quite surprised about was that there was almost no light in the rooms and that there were no parking spots exclusively for the hotel. Thank you very much again for your great support and flexibility! We are looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Enjoy Hotel well located and easy to join through the public transports. A little cold the 2 first nights according to our collegues but th problem has been solved with the heating. Great thanks to George and T2F for their help and kindness
I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.
