ProSweets Cologne 2026 will occur as a live trade exhibition. It will be held between the 1st and 4th of February 2026 in Koelnmesse. 

Preface

ProSweets Cologne (ProSweets Köln) is an annual trade fair that coincides with ISM Cologne. It is a comprehensive trade fair that is hosted by Koelnmesse GmbH and was founded in 2006. ProSweets Köln features diverse F&B innovations. Such include novel raw materials, packaging, machinery, preservation, food protection, mechanisation, et cetera. It is a must-attend for industry members seeking to complete various goals. Such include expanding their knowledge, brand visibility, and networks. This often results in a high concentration of decision-makers. Past Iterations

ProSweets Cologne 2022

ProSweets Köln 2022 coincided with the 2022 edition of ISM. The events took place at Messe Cologne as hybrid events. Such a format change was necessary because of the pandemic. The events consisted of live exhibitions held at the venue and the digital platform ISM & ProSweets@home. The renditions received approximately 15 000 trade visitants. 78% of the participants were from foreign countries, showing the importance of the events for the industry. Ninety-six countries attended the events. Among them were France, Russia, Belgium, the UK, the Netherlands, the USA, and Turkey.

ProSweets Cologne 2023

ISM and ProSweets 2023 occurred as an April 2023 Special Edition. The iterations were hosted between 23-25.04.2023 in Messe Cologne. The hosting site did not incorporate coronavirus precautions. This was because of the repealing of Germany's pandemic restrictions. The events featured more than 25 000 visitants from 135 nations and 119 exhibiting firms from 23 countries.

ProSweets Cologne 2024

ProSweets and ISM Cologne 2024 occurred between 28-31.01.2024 in Messe Cologne. The live trade expositions featured 1 675 exhibiting firms from more than 100 nations (74 at ISM and 30 at ProSweets).  More than 74% of the exhibiting were from abroad (88% at ISM and 60% at ProSweets). Their wares were examined by a total of 43 000 visitants from more than 140 nations (140 at ISM and 90 at ProSweets). Over 75% of the visiting group was from abroad (more than 70% at ISM and around 60% at ProSweets).

ProSweets Cologne 2025

ISM and ProSweets 2025 occurred as live trade expos between 02-05.02.2025 in Messe Cologne. The events were held on an expo space of approximately 100 000 m2 (a 7% increase compared to 2024). The area presented the wares of more than 1 500 exhibiting firms from 70 nations (89% from abroad, a 5.5% increase compared to the previous edition). They were overviewed by approximately 32 000 visitants from 135 countries (71% from abroad, around 7% increase compared to 2024).
