Passenger Terminal EXPO 2025 will take place as a live trade fair. The hosting dates are between the 8th and 10th of April 2025, and the venue will be located in Madrid.

Passenger Terminal EXPO returns with an even more impressive product line-up, as well as technical program in the airport equipment and passenger terminal industry. Netherlands welcomes back the international exhibition and conference, during which over 225 exhibiting firms are going to interact directly with more than 5 000 trade visitants that represent airports and airlines. The product groups on display include baggage and cargo handling systems and equipment, car parking systems and automatic vending machines, catering areas, information display systems and signage. The conference is famous for its roster of speakers that represent experts in the field.

Passenger Terminal EXPO 2022
Passenger Terminal EXPO 2022 was held between 15-17.06.2022 at the Porte de Versailles. The venue did not feature strict coronavirus precautions. This was due to the removal of the country's pandemic restrictions. The live edition featured over 280 exhibiting firms and more than 400 lecturers.
Passenger Terminal EXPO 2023
The 2023 iteration of Passenger Terminal EXPO occurred as a live trade exhibition in Amsterdam. Like the 2022 format, it did not include coronavirus precautions. The iteration featured around 289 exhibiting firms from approximately 36 countries.
Passenger Terminal EXPO 2024
The 2024 iteration of Passenger Terminal EXPO was a live trade expo hosted in Frankfurt. It featured more than 300 exhibiting firms, over 450 lecturers, and more than 1 600 conference participants from over 120 attending nations. The exposition space totalled 25 000 m2.

Our trip to the EMO Hanover fair was successful, overall it was a great trip with lots to see and do in Hanover.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation, although we were initially looking for a hotel, we actually preferred the apartment accommodation to that of a hotel.
The service we received from Jane was GREAT.
From the moment Anton sent the request for accommodation, we received a number of accommodation options within our price range.
We have received prompt detailed responses to all the questions we had.
The payment process was simple and easy.
The location of the accommodation was perfect, a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to trains for transport and a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Many thanks your email. Nothing to say about your service, perfect ! Appreciate very much your good communication. I was very happy to have for the first time a hotel very close to the ANUGA (which gave me time to do running daily after the exhibitionJ) The hotel was good. It is a pity however that no meal was served (except the breakfast) while the Ibis hotel close to Ibis Budget was serving meals at dinner. I was also disappointed to book for a taxi at the hotel that never came. Fortunately, I went by foot to take a taxi outside in order to avoid missing my train.

Yes, everyone is back from the show and this is the 2nd time that the group has stayed at Le Marceau Bastille. With that I would say that they continue to be satisfied with the accommodation particularly the location of the hotel. For info the 1st time they stayed there was in 2022 .
As always we appreciate very much the assistance that George and the team has extended continuously . Truly glad for each time that I arrange with your group for our hotel requirements, the details are well looked after.
The next event will be on Oct 2025 for the Anuga 2025 in Cologne . Would note that George and myself are already set with the accommodation of the EP group ie. Hotel has been picked and deposit have been paid.

I would like to thank you for our booking and making our stay super amazing at Mitico! They are so very helpful, made everything so comfortable for us and most certainly you can recommend this hotel to other wheelchair users! We made some recommendations to a lady there, I think it may have been Laura about the bathroom which could use a little improving.
Once again, thank you for you the help offered regarding everything!
For next year I would like to start sourcing for 5 people (1 wheelchair user) as this year because the bookings were so late, we were all around Bologna and the taxi fairs were insane.
