Preface
Opti Munich (Opti) is a leading annual trade fair of pivotal importance to the eyewear sector and related industries. It is held in Messe Munich in January. It attracts over 28 600 participants. This includes ophthalmologists, opticians, merchandisers, distributers, importers, optometrists, eyewear manufacturers, start-ups, associations and other industry representatives. Such participants attend to complete business goals, such as maintaining and expanding business networks. It should be noted that 95% of the exhibitors have stated that the event is their preferred trade fair. 94% of the group would also recommend the trade exhibition to other industry representatives and intend to visit the next iteration. Their statements concur with 94% and 97% of the visitor group. The attendee group features an extensive amount of decision-makers – 70%. 88% of the visitors also state that Opti has a pivotal influence on their purchasing decisions.

Opti Munich 2019
The 2019 iteration was one of the event’s most successful renditions. 631 exhibitor firms and over 28 000 visitants attended it.
Opti Munich 2020
The rendition received 600 exhibitor firms and over 27 500 visitants.
Opti Munich 2021
The iteration was postponed and subsequently annulled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Opti Munich 2022
Opti 2022 was conducted as a face-to-face event in Messe Munich from the 13th of May 2022 to the 15th of May 2022. Because Germany removed the corresponding national restrictions in April 2022, the locale did not incorporate coronavirus precautions. The event attracted approximately 13,000 visitors from seventy-one nations and 368 exhibiting companies from twenty-five countries. 66.5% of the visitant group affirmed their 2023 attendance.
Opti Munich 2023
Opti 2023 occurred as a live trade exhibition in Messe Munich between the 13th and the 15th of January 2023. Similar to the 2022 iteration, the edition did not feature coronavirus safety precautions. Approximately 15 500 visitants from 67 countries and 307 exhibitor firms from 28 nations attended Opti 2023. This marked a 19.2% increase in attendee rates compared to the previous edition.
Opti Munich 2024
Opti 2024 occurred as a live trade exposition in Messe Munich between the 12th and 14th of January 2024. It received approximately 390 exhibiting firms from 28 nations and 21 500 visitants from 70 countries. 60% of the visiting group were executives. 93.4% of the visitants rated the atmosphere as excellent, 92.6% rated the overall event as very good, and 82.4% will place orders or authorise assignments after Opti 2024. Of the exhibiting group, 94.5% rated visitor quality as excellent and 91% rated the event as very good.
Opti Munich 2025
Opti 2025 was a live trade expo in Messe Munich held between the 31st of January and 2nd of February 2025. It featured the wares of more than 330 exhibiting firms from 23 nations and was attended by 21 105 visitants. Over 97% of the exhibitants rated the visitor quality as excellent, around 89% deemed the business partnership inauguration as superb and more than 90% will attend the next iteration. More than 70% of the visitants were executives.

Yes, everyone is back from the show and this is the 2nd time that the group has stayed at Le Marceau Bastille. With that I would say that they continue to be satisfied with the accommodation particularly the location of the hotel. For info the 1st time they stayed there was in 2022 .
As always we appreciate very much the assistance that George and the team has extended continuously . Truly glad for each time that I arrange with your group for our hotel requirements, the details are well looked after.
The next event will be on Oct 2025 for the Anuga 2025 in Cologne . Would note that George and myself are already set with the accommodation of the EP group ie. Hotel has been picked and deposit have been paid.
I believe above points sums up our experience both with the hotel and T2F’s service.

Thanks for everything, sorry for the confusion. I still own you a feedback from Hamburg. The Apartment Hotel - The location was not that bad, considering you are going there for the SMM show not for holiday. I had a subway station 10-12 min walk distance which was very useful , 3.20 Euro /day I was going back and forward from the exhibition center. - At the Hotel .base floor, they have a small restaurant and bar, but near the hotel at a 15m min range walk, you can find something to eat like, Pizza`s, McDonalds, Chinese Restaurant, Turkish Restaurant, German beer house with brezzels and sausages, etc - The room was a decent one, you can feel is an old Hotel by the building construction and the furniture vintage alike that gives you the impression of the `90`s, but they were clean, and looking good. - The room cleaning was ok, and also the guys from the front desk were quite polite and helpful. - Breakfast area was large which I like it the most, you did not feel crowded having many tables where to sit. The diversity was ok, nothing special, but looking clean and lots of personnel available for the coffer, table cleaning/arranging, etc - The down points are that rooms do not have A/C , the single room, has two small beds with separate mattresses put together, so if you want to roll over you will have a gap in the middle, so anyway you will use only one single bed. They say that the tap water is drinkable in Germany , but a hotel that respects its status, should offer complementary water bottle every day for the ones who prefer to stay safe, there wa sonly one 1L bottle at the first day and that`s it, I mean it costs 1Euro , you can add it to the room costs. The bathroom was only with liquid soap, no shower gel or shampoo. This is the most honest feedback you will get…

Thanks Tracy for reaching out. We certainly enjoyed our time in Frankfurt. The hotel was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
We enjoyed the Fair. There was certainly lots to see. Unfortunately the fair did not have any fashion or jewelry or purses which would have been of interest to us. Is there a fair that focuses on those items. All in all we did enjoy the vast array of products on display at the fair and enjoyed many interesting conversations with retailers and distributors.
