Happy to work with Tess but the hotel was not that good. It was old and loud and the furniture was outdated. The hotel had 5 floors and 4 of them were renovated but we got rooms in the old part. Overall its central and within nice location.

It was great to get the help from Travel to Fairs helping me to find a suitable hotel for a group of 5-6 people attending Ambiente 2024. We were late in arranging how many would go and always adding more people but Jack Turner and his colleagues solved all our needs fast and with a remarkable patience. I recommend Travel to fairs to everyone travelling for work.

Dear Tom,
I hope you are doing well.
First of all, thank you very much for your support with the hotel arrangements for our delegation during HANNOVER MESSE 2026. Everything went very smoothly, and we truly appreciated your assistance throughout the process.
For our internal accounting and reporting, I would now kindly ask you to provide us with the final invoice for the hotel booking at B&B Hotel Hannover-City, including confirmation of the guests who finally checked in and stayed at the hotel.
Thank you very much in advance for your support. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.
Kind regards,
Lisa Büscher
