GELATISSIMO 2024
GELATISSIMO 2024 and INTERGASTRA 2024 took place as live trade expositions between the 3rd and 7th of February 2024. The events were attended by more than 1 300 exhibiting firms from 27 nations and 88 000 visitants from 98 countries.

GELATISSIMO and INTEGASTRA 2026 were life trade expos hosted between 07-11.02.2026 in Messe Stuttgart. The event featured over 1 300 exhibiting firms from 30 nations and over 80 000 visitants.

Many thanks your email. Nothing to say about your service, perfect ! Appreciate very much your good communication. I was very happy to have for the first time a hotel very close to the ANUGA (which gave me time to do running daily after the exhibitionJ) The hotel was good. It is a pity however that no meal was served (except the breakfast) while the Ibis hotel close to Ibis Budget was serving meals at dinner. I was also disappointed to book for a taxi at the hotel that never came. Fortunately, I went by foot to take a taxi outside in order to avoid missing my train.

A while ago, I corresponded with Pashalis Drakidis about hotels for the Anuga 2027 trade show. If you have an updated list of hotel options for that time, we’d love to see it.
Please keep in mind, however, we'd prefer not pay for the hotel just yet for the Anuga trade show; we would prefer options that allow for free cancellation.
The same or similar requirements as for the hotel at Sial 2026:

Bauma went well and the hotel was really nice and very well located! We will certainly give positive feedback.
Regarding next Bauma we would like to see the prices for Hotel Hoelzer Braeu but, since the next edition will be in three years, we need maximum flexibility regarding changes and cancellation.
