Past Iterations

FESPA 2021

FESPA 2021 marked the successful restart of the printing industry. The event occurred between the 12th and 15th of October 2021 as a live exhibition at Amsterdam RAI. The event featured strict coronavirus safeguards, including attendants presenting health certificates. More than 100 countries attended the edition. The event attracted 7 850 unique visitors (44% were company owners or managing directors). This showed the importance of the event as a means to forward business plans and recovery.

FESPA 2022

FESPA 2022 occurred as a live event between the 31st of May and the 3rd of June 2022 in Messe Berlin. The venue did not implement coronavirus safeguards. The event featured 375 exhibitors whose wares were inspected by 11 647 visitants from 126 countries. More than 60% of the visitors had purchasing power or influence. Additionally, 53% were willing to invest during or after the event.

FESPA 2023

The 2023 iteration of the event occurred between the 23rd and 26th of May 2023 in Messe Munich. It featured over 550 exhibiting firms whose wares were examined by 14 776 visitants from 134 nations. 84% of the visiting group were executives, including 73% of CEOs, managers, MDs, and owners. This signified a 15% increase in the attending executive rate compared to 2022. Among them were more than 750 decision-making participants who represented Oceania, Africa, and the Americas. Additionally, 50% of the visitants intend to invest within 12 months after the event. 10% of the visiting group represented Asia, while 80% were from Europe.

FESPA 2024

The 2024 iteration of the event occurred between the 19th and 22nd of March in Amsterdam RAI. It featured 525 exhibiting firms whose wares were examined by around 12 000 visitants (85% were executives), with the total median budget being 2 700 000 000 EUR and a total of 120 nations attending. 

FESPA 2025

Feira FESPA 2025 occurred as a live trade expo between the 6th and 9th of May 2025 in Messe Berlin in Berlin, Germany. FESPA 2025 in Berlin featured around 600 exhibiting firms from 38 nations and over 20 000 visitants.
