Covid-19 Update

FESPA 2021 will take place between the 12th and 15th of October 2021. The format of the event is face-to-face, with a strict Covid-19 prevention plan in place. The venue of choice is Amsterdam RAI in the Netherlands. The Covid-19 prevention plan will include the following regulations:

  • All attendees must register in advance. 
  • Attendants must buy parking tickets in advance to avoid congestions at the terminal.
  • All who enter the venue must perform a health check via QR code and show it to a staff member. 
  • All who enter the venue, including personnel, must wear a face mask
  • Key positions will contain hand disinfection units 
  • Attendants must maintain a social distance of 1.5 metres
  • All desks and counters will have cough screens 
  • All meeting rooms will have a configuration that permits a social distance of 1.5 metres. 
  • Corridors will have centralised safety flow management via signage and floor markers.
