The trip to the fair all went very well.   I have had very little feedback, which is a good sign because I only hear when things go wrong. 

However,  I did ask.  The hotel was basic (not luxurious) but in a good location for transport to the fair and they were happy with it. 

Thank you for all you help and patience with us in making the bookings.

LIGNA Hannover 2025

Thanks for your service. All was good. The location was very close to the central station and city center.

Dear George, 

last week when we came back after Fairs was very busy and I did not replay when it comes to our stay.

We are pretty happy with our stay, rooms were spacious and clea, service was also good.

Although we have some reamarks:

1) Parking - we were staying 7 nights and each and every time when we need to leave parking we had to ask for the new parking card. They were not able to issue a card that opens the gate every time. That was inconvience for us, and they should change it.

2) Breakfast buffet - there was good chioce however not enough vegetables. There were only tomatos and cucumber, no green mix, radishes, bell pepper, we really missed that. 

Service were relly nice and supportive.

The service received by Mrs Ellie Stone can only be praised. She is professional, fast handling and 100% engaged in providing prompt and satisfying answers to customer needs and requests. All this in a very pleasant way. As to the hotel I chose, the location was great, the breakfast very nice, the rooms are quiet small, but clean and cozy. Only the bar should be looked at, as there is not much choice, neither in food nor in beverage. All in all a good place to stay during a fair.

Yes, we have checked out of the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe and we have already successfully returned home! Now there is a lot of work to do with the contact we gained during LIGNA.

As for the hotel, everything was great! Rooms were very clean, beds were soft! We really liked the pool and sauna which was available for the guests - it was a great relaxation after a long day at the exhibition! The only minor issue we ran into was during the check-in. For some reason our bookings was marked as to stay in rooms with one double bed. Thankfully upon our arrival the hotel was not full and employees of the hotel were quick to resolve the mishap with the beds!

Michelle made my job so much easier with her quick responses, patience and professionalism. I was sending 3 people to Anuga at the last minute and her help in finding lodging at a reasonable price, good location and quality hotel was outstanding. You have a winner with Michelle! Yes,  everyone is back from the show and this is the 2nd time that the group has stayed at Le Marceau Bastille. With that  I would say that they continue to be satisfied with the accommodation particularly the location of the hotel.  For info the 1st time they stayed there was in 2022 . 

As always we appreciate very much the assistance that George and the team has extended continuously .  Truly glad for each time that I arrange with your group for our hotel requirements, the details are well looked after.

The next event will be on Oct 2025 for the Anuga 2025 in Cologne . Would note that George and myself are already set with the accommodation of the EP group ie. Hotel has been picked and deposit have been paid.

I believe above points sums up our experience both with the hotel and T2F’s service.
