TASTE 2022
TASTE 2022 took place between the dates 26.03.2022 and 28.03.2022 as a live trade fair. The event was held as the Fortezza da Basso amidst strict Covid-19 safety measures. These include protocols such as the newest entry policy and social distancing. The event featured around 7,000 trade visitors and 470 exhibitors. Among the leading countries that participated in the edition were France, USA, UK, Netherlands and Austria.
TASTE 2023
TASTE 2023 improved upon the success of the previous iteration. It occurred as a live trade exhibition between the 4th and 6th of February 2023 in Fortezza da Basso. It did not feature coronavirus safeguards due to the removal of the country's pandemic restrictions. The iteration was attended by more than 10 000 visitants from over 50 nations, including over 7 000 trade ones and around 600 foreign buyers. They examined the wares of 538 exhibiting companies.
TASTE 2025
TASTE 2025 occurred as a live trade expo between the 8th and 10th of February 2025 in Fortezza da Basso. It presented the wares of 770 exhibiting firms. The event was attended by more than 12 300 visitants (8 500 purchasers) and over 600 media specialists.
TASTE 2026
TASTE 2026 was a live trade expo hosted between 07-09.02.2026 in Fortezza da Basso. It featured over 750 exhibiting firms.

Frankfurt Book Fair 2023

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

Our trip to the EMO Hanover fair was successful, overall it was a great trip with lots to see and do in Hanover.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation, although we were initially looking for a hotel, we actually preferred the apartment accommodation to that of a hotel.
The service we received from Jane was GREAT.
From the moment Anton sent the request for accommodation, we received a number of accommodation options within our price range.
We have received prompt detailed responses to all the questions we had.
The payment process was simple and easy.
The location of the accommodation was perfect, a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to trains for transport and a number of restaurants within walking distance.
I will definitely recommend Travel To Fairs to anyone looking for accommodation when travelling abroad to attend Trade shows.

In my opinion it was a great location for us. Staff was courteous and nice. Rooms were spacious. Breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. There was a. It of outside noise that bothered the odd person but nothing that was unbearable.
I would definitely stay there again if we were to go back to Hannover.
But that’s just my 2 cents worth.
