The hotel is not really very close to the fair and rooms are quite small. But the level is however high and the staff is really nice and helpful.

About the event
Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2022 has been cancelled due to the increased COVID-19 infection rates in several countries. The new hosting dates for the 2023 edition are between 07.02.2023 and 11.02.2023. The reservations was very well with the guest. All perfect.
Mark was very helpful and always there for us which was very appreciated! Even if the hotel wasn't the best one, it was close to the show: we could walk from there.
In my opinion it was a great location for us. Staff was courteous and nice. Rooms were spacious. Breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. There was a. It of outside noise that bothered the odd person but nothing that was unbearable.
I would definitely stay there again if we were to go back to Hannover.

thank you for your email. The hotel was quite good but the service was not honestly professional, staff was not so friendly and the rooms were a bit poor. We had to change the personal code (to use elevators, enter in the room, parking etc..) 3 times as we had 3 reservations/each. Sometimes my colleague found the room not clean and in the same condition as in the morning.
However the location was good and my general feedback is positive. I thank you very much for your support, you are really professional and quick in replying.

Thanks for your email. For the Golden Leaf, generally speaking, it is a good experience. There are the tasty apples and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The people in the hotel are very nice. We just complain about the wi-fi in the hotel is not good, I can't use it in my room. I found many guests complaining about it in the reception. But anyway, thanks for your help.

Yes, we have checked out of the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe and we have already successfully returned home! Now there is a lot of work to do with the contact we gained during LIGNA.
As for the hotel, everything was great! Rooms were very clean, beds were soft! We really liked the pool and sauna which was available for the guests - it was a great relaxation after a long day at the exhibition! The only minor issue we ran into was during the check-in. For some reason our bookings was marked as to stay in rooms with one double bed. Thankfully upon our arrival the hotel was not full and employees of the hotel were quick to resolve the mishap with the beds!
