Piscine Europe has occurred since 1979, with its hosting location being Euroexpo Lyon. The event occurs once every two years and attracts over 18 600 participants from more than 30 countries. This was due to the removal of the country’s domestic restrictions related to the pandemic. Piscine Global 2022 featured 1 272 exhibitor firms and brands, with 58% representing a foreign country. Their wares were over-viewed by 24 903 visitants (a 31% increase compared to 2018). 35% of the group was from abroad and represented 110 nations. Of the group, around 4% (1179 visitors) attended through the interdependent virtual platform Piscine Connect. Additionally, 53% were professional pool builders.

Salon Piscine Global Europe 2024 was a live trade expo hosted between the 19th and 22nd of November 2024 at Euroexpo Lyon. Piscine Global 2024 featured the wares of more than 2 000 exhibiting firms from 34 nations (62% from abroad). The event was attended by around 24 000 visitants (42% from abroad).
