ORNARIS January 2026 is set to occur between the 11th and 13th of January 2026. The event will take place as a live trade exhibition at the BERNEXPO.

ORNARIS 2021
The 2021 edition of ORNARIS took place as a face-to-face exhibition at the BERNEXPO. The event site included coronavirus precautions such as social distancing and the mandatory wearing of masks. The event received around 200 exhibiting firms and 4 500 trade visitants.
ORNARIS 2022
The 2022 edition took place as a live event at BERNEXPO and did not feature coronavirus protection because the country repealed its pandemic restrictions. The edition received 230 exhibiting firms and 6 450 trade customers.
ORNARIS 2023
ORNARIS February 2023 occurred as a live trade exhibition in BERNEXPO. The event site was absent of coronavirus precautions. This was because Switzerland repealed its pandemic restrictions. The iteration received 3 600 visitants and 115 exhibiting firms.
ORNARIS August 2023 occurred as a live trade exposition between 20-22.08.2023 in BERNEXPO. Similar to the February 2023 format, it did not incorporate coronavirus precautions. It received 6 000 visitants and over 240 exhibiting firms.
ORNARIS 2024
ORNARIS January 2024 occurred as a live trade exposition in BERNEXPO between 14-16.01.2024. It featured over 130 exhibiting firms.
ORNARIS August 2024 was a live trade exposition hosted in BERNEXPO between 18-20.08.2024. It featured more than 270 exhibiting firms and approximately 6 000 visitants.
ORNARIS 2025
ORNARIS January 2025 was a live trade expo held in Zurich between 12-14.01.2025. It featured more than 160 exhibiting firms and 4 000 visitants (a 29% increase compared to previous iterations).
ORNARIS July 2025 was a live trade expo held in Zurich between 10-12.08.2025. It featured around 230 exhibitors.

The vicinity of the hotel was excellent and the people were friendly enough and the room was clean.
I did miss no air conditioning and there was only 1 power point which was nowhere near the desk which seemed strange.

Our trip to the EMO Hanover fair was successful, overall it was a great trip with lots to see and do in Hanover.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation, although we were initially looking for a hotel, we actually preferred the apartment accommodation to that of a hotel.
The service we received from Jane was GREAT.
From the moment Anton sent the request for accommodation, we received a number of accommodation options within our price range.
We have received prompt detailed responses to all the questions we had.
The payment process was simple and easy.
The location of the accommodation was perfect, a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to trains for transport and a number of restaurants within walking distance.
I will definitely recommend Travel To Fairs to anyone looking for accommodation when travelling abroad to attend Trade shows.
EMO Hannover 2023

This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main train station.
There are tons of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking/biking distance. The value/price was much better than the hotel I stayed at 4 years ago when I attended the Ligna show.

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?
