LEARNTEC has new dates – May 6th to May 8th 2025. Organisers will host the international trade show as an in-person edition at Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center.

LEARNTEC attempts to bridge the gap through the introduction of new trends in the learning and teaching areas, as well as through popularizing digital learning. Past Iterations
LEARNTEC 2022
LEARNTEC 2022 occurred between the 31st of May and the 2nd of June 2022 in Messe Karlsruhe as a live trade exhibition. It did not feature coronavirus safeguards due to the lifting of the country's pandemic restrictions. The iteration was attended by around 11 000 visitants and over 370 exhibiting companies from 19 nations. LEARNTEC 2022 was highly successful as 92% of the participants would return for the next iteration and more than 80% of the available exhibition space for the next rendition was booked at the end of the current edition.
LEARNTEC 2023
The iteration occurred between the 23rd and 25th of May 2023 as a live trade exposition. It received around 13 500 visitants, which signified a 20% increase compared to the 2022 format. They examined the wares of 437 exhibiting firms from 21 nations.
LEARNTEC 2024
The 2024 iteration of the event took place between the 4th and 6th of June 2024 as a live trade exposition. It presented the wares of more than 420 exhibiting firms and was attended by 300 lecturers as well as by over 13 000 visitants.
LEARNTEC 2025
The 2025 iteration of the event was a live trade expo held between the 6th and 8th of May 2025. It presented the wares of over 350 exhibiting firms.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main train station.
There are tons of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking/biking distance. The value/price was much better than the hotel I stayed at 4 years ago when I attended the Ligna show.

The 2 night booking was misplaced by the hotel, so after 30 mins checking our vouchers we were forced to rebook for one night at reception and pay again. We then booked another hotel for our second night. Very poor hotel, very cold, decor very much in need of repair. Breakfast ok.
Because of the mixup, Go Fair refunded us in full and dealt with us quickly and professionally. Definately service 'above and beyond' Very happy to recommend Go fair and use them again.
