I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.

LOUPE Europe is an international fair that attracts many high-ranking decision-makers. Such include printers or converters of labels and label or packaging designers. It also features many manufacturers and suppliers. Such include producers or suppliers of printing presses, security solutions, RFID, and software. Many brand owners, quality assurance officers and technicians also visit the fair. As do representatives of leading media and associations in the industry. LOUPE Europe is a high-profile event that attracts around 35 000 attendants. For example, one edition received 693 exhibitor firms and 37 903 visitants. Approximately 140 countries send trade delegates to the fair. Leading states include Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, the USA, and China. They also feature Spain, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
About LOUPE Europe
LOUPE Europe has a diverse and detailed program. This includes many new product launches and demonstrations, such as new digital printing machines. There is a precise division between the live demonstrations to avoid complications. For instance, the Automation Area incorporates two automatic label production press lines. This includes production from job creation to printing and invoicing. Another dedicated area is the Linerless Trail, which showcases the effectiveness of linerless labels.
LOUPE Europe also features the Flexible Packaging Arena and Label Academy. The Flexible Packaging Arena present the most up-to-date flexible package solutions. The Label Academy consists of master classes related to several sectors. These include flexible packaging, digital label and packaging printing. Such master classes help to expand specialist knowledge and learn new trends.
The fair additionally features the Label Industry Global Awards. These Awards help to reward the most innovative products and brands. They also help in gaining recognition by highlighting notable achievements. The Awards include several categories, each with its criteria. The R. Stanton Avery Global Achievement Award, for example, rewards industry-changing ideas. The Rising Star Award can be of help to start-ups. This is because the Award highlights the achievements of emerging talents.

The 2023 iteration occurred as a live trade exposition between the 11th and 14th of September 2023 at Brussels Expo. It signified the triumphant return of the event after the annulation of the 2022 format. The locale did not feature coronavirus precautions. This was due to the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions. LOUPE Europe 2023 featured over 760 exhibiting firms from 36 nations and around 36 000 visitants from 138 countries on approximately 36 600 m2.

The 2025 iteration occurred as a live trade expo between the 16th and 19th of September 2025. It featured over 600 exhibiting firms from 41 nations and 35 000 visitants from 138 countries.

Comments on this hotel was that the location is perfect, design is interesting, but the Internet connection was horrible. Having in mind that we have all been travelling for a business purposes, this was a real issue. Anyway, thank you for your support and patience in working with us, it was a really big group to handle. 🙂

Thanks for your e-mail. I would have contacted you in any case to thank you for finding the hotel. The Grand Hotel Mussmann was excellent in every respect. The location was convenient for the tram and the bedrooms were quiet, even with the window left open at night. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, light, and tastefully decorated. For me, the combination of tiled and wooden floors was a bonus, much preferred to carpets. There was a conveniently-placed large desk on which to work by the window and WI-FI available free of charge. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Marks – 10 out of 10! We would like to stay in this hotel the next time we attend the Hannover Show in April 2017; (we exhibit there on alternate years). Many thanks to you for finding just the right hotel for us. I would recommend your service to others without hesitation.
