All was fine at the end and we didnt had any problems. There were some delays with the bookings but Ellie fixed them.
The hotel was good and clean and breakfast good. We enjoyed the service provided by the staff.

Interzoo (Interzoo Nurnberg/Interzoo Messe/Interzoo Germany) is an outstanding pet industry trade exposition. It focuses on sustainability and regional ingredients. Established in 1953, it occurs biannually in Messe Nuremberg. Interzoo Nurnberg features a high participation rate of decision-makers. This includes exhibitors who present nutrition supplements, pet toys, currying aids, aquaria, terraria, and garden pond advancements. Service providers, veterinarians, manufacturing businesses, suppliers, grooming professionals, and wholesalers represent them. So do pet accommodation facilities and garden centres. Interzoo Messe receives over 20,000 participants from over 60 exhibitor and more than 100 visitor countries. These include China and the Netherlands.

The hotel is not really very close to the fair and rooms are quite small. But the level is however high and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Thanks for the follow up on our ProWein 24 trip.
The Mercure served its purpose for us as we were only there a couple of nights - and didn't really spend too much time at the hotel.
We understood hotel was a bit further out (and this was reflected in the pricing) - only slight negative was length of time it took for a taxi to arrive. Would have hoped hotel had a contract with taxi firm to ensure guests don't have too long to wait once ordered. We learned from our initial mistake and ensured we had pre-ordered a taxi for return to airport.

Initially, I believe there was some confusion with the hotel booking on the hotels part but it was sorted out later.

Happy to work with Tess but the hotel was not that good. It was old and loud and the furniture was outdated. The hotel had 5 floors and 4 of them were renovated but we got rooms in the old part. Overall its central and within nice location.

When I had issues/questions, etc. Tom always replied immediately. He offered us several hotels, as well the Pentahotel where we stayed. This hotel was lovely.
