IBS 2025 will take place between the 25th and 27th of February 2025. The hosting venue for the live trade fair will be the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, USA. The event venue will not feature the latest Covid-19 prevention measures due to the removal of the pandemic restrictions.

IBS 2022
IBS 2022 took place between 08.02.2022 - 10.02.2022 as a live trade fair at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, USA. The event featured the latest Covid-19 safety measures, such as attendees needing to show 3G documents before admission. The event, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, received over 70,000 trade visitors, more than 800 exhibitors and featured over 120 educational sessions.
IBS 2024
The 2024 iteration of IBS improved upon the success of the 2022 format. It featured more than 76 000 visitants and over 1 800 exhibiting firms. The Las Vegas Convention Center, the hosting location, did not feature coronavirus precautions due to the repealing of the county's pandemic restrictions.
