Dear Tom,
I am out of the office. The hotel was really good! So can you Check the rates and availability for HIE 2018 in that hotel, same number of rooms.
Thanks in advance,

HEATEC 2021 will not take place. The reason is the current outbreak of pneumonia in Shanghai. The combination of pneumonia and COVID-19 is quite dangerous, and CIBB has made the tough decision to call off the major international trade fair. Attendees will not have to wait long though, because HEATEC 2022 is set to run on July 27th – July 29th 2022. The event location will follow all government health and safety guidelines. Because of the last-minute cancellation, HEATEC 2022 will be relocated from its home at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre to the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center for one time only.
In Asia, there’s one trade show for heating technology that matters, and that’s HEATEC. Held in Shanghai, China, this event is the heart and soul of the industry and acts as a major meeting place for big players in Asia. With China being one of the fastest-growing economies, HEATEC has also gained international importance. Discover all the best and newest products from 250 exhibitors, who have come from 16 countries near and far. Organisers reported over 10,000 trade visitors at the last edition in person and 62,000 online views.
You have the entire product value chain showcased every year at HEATEC. Wherever you may be positioned in the heating technology industry, there’s a spot for you to shine. Product segments feature boilers & waste heat recovery technology, biomass energy products, burners & thermal equipment, boiler parts & ancillary products, boiler replacement products, boiler manufacturing equipment & raw materials, energy-saving and emission reduction technology. Hi Mark,
I would like to thank you very much for your help, you were absolutely brilliant. The hotel was beyond my hopes, and my boss couldn`t believe that we were staying at the Radisson`s, he was afraid of the price, and speachless when I told him how much it had cost ! The personal was very friendly, the placement was perfect. My boss had a short electricity cut during the evenig, but I guess that was because the hotel was brand new and needed a few adjustments. To sum up, this was just ideal for a professional trip to Oslo. So a big THANK YOU !! I will certainly contact you for future needs.
Best regards,
Lucy Export Customer Account Manager Sales Department LTB
Dear Mark, Sorry to reply this late! I have just got back to Taiwan after this long business trip – the K was very successful and thank you for asking. I would love to take a while to give you mine, and my Teammates’ feedback about the accommodation. Overall impression: Very good value for money! Pros: 1. Great location – it took 2 minutes to walk to the metro station and then 20 more minutes on the train to get to the fair. 2. Lots of restaurants and shops around – very convenient! 3. Rooms were big and clean, and we had plenty of space for our suitcases. 4. Comfortable beds, central heating and big bathrooms. 5. We will definitely consider it for the next K! it fulfilled most of our requirements! Having said all that I know you would like to know about the cons. I do not try to attack you, as you don’t run the hotel, but for your reference and future customers you should be aware of the down side of the hotel; 1. There was no internet connection in the rooms – I think it was the biggest problem for us, as we had to receive emails and work in the lobby – the only place with the internet connection. You must know that the lobby was in a different building across the street! So this was not what I had in mind when ordering the rooms – Wi-Fi connection in the room is the most important thing when searching hotels for myself and my Team. The lobby was also a bar and a restaurant at the same time so it was inconvenient for us and other patrons to work there. The staff of the hotel did nothing upon my request to fix the connection in at least some of our rooms. 2. Great location – unfortunately it comes with a price – the area was busy and loud every night and for the whole night, the windows didn’t block all of the noise of breaking glass and drunken singing. As I said at the beginning it was good value for money, and we would still chose this one! Knowing it was loud and there was no internet would not stop us from ordering it, but it would give us heads up and chance to mentally prepare. I hope my feedback was helpful and you will communicate with the hotel the need for Wi-Fi.
Thank you! Best Regards, Emma TRACZ Regional Manager
Tess was very helping and it was a pleasure to work with her. The hotel was very well located as per my request (few minnutes walk from the IBC exhibition), altough the rooms were not very clean and the hotel in general was a little bit scruffy, breakfast was very poor and price was quite high (200€ per night). Also, the room price was not refundable when we had to cancel one night, even if we informed the hotel 6 days before the booking.
Anyway, Tess offered a very good service, she followed up every step of our booking, and we really appreciated it. We surely recomend the Go Fair Ltd service ... By the way, we absolutely do NOT recommend Hotel Sander in Amsterdam.
Thanks Tess for your support!

Dear Tom,
thank you for your email. The hotel was quite good but the service was not honestly professional, staff was not so friendly and the rooms were a bit poor. We had to change the personal code (to use elevators, enter in the room, parking etc..) 3 times as we had 3 reservations/each. Sometimes my colleague found the room not clean and in the same condition as in the morning.
However the location was good and my general feedback is positive. I thank you very much for your support, you are really professional and quick in replying.
Thank you again for your cooperation,
Best regards
Dear Michelle,
That’s really good news, thank you so much for your fantastic help.
I’ll print all the vouchers and ready to fly out.
I hope you stay safe and wish you great weekend ahead.
Excellent hotel and breakfast. Service and reception was great. Fair was less crowded but good enough.
Great service, very supportive during the full process. Customer friendly and never tired to answer questions and make changes when necessary.
Mark was very helpful and always there for us which was very appreciated! Even if the hotel wasn't the best one, it was close to the show: we could walk from there.
Dear Megan,
We got everything, we are satisfied with your job. Thanks a lot. When we need rooms again for a fair we have to visit we´ll contact you again.
Thanks and best regards.
