Futurebuild 2026 will be hosted as a live trade show between the 3rd and 5th of March 2026. The event will be hosted at ExCeL London.
Preface
Discover how to bring in construction and building into the new century at Futurebuild – the international trade fair dedicated to sustainable design, ecology and environmental protection. The event gives you access to the newest technologies and advancements across eight districts – timber, concrete, off-site, building performance, district energy, infrastructure, energy & HVAC, and green & blue infrastructure. UK serves as host, and it is set to welcome well over 450 exhibiting firms that are going to show their materials, tools, and machinery across the entire spectrum. For the three days of the fair the audience participation stands at around 25 400 industry insiders.

Past Iterations
Futurebuild 2022
The 2022 edition of Futurebuild took place between 01-03.03.2022 as a live trade exhibition. The event occurred at ExCeL London and included the latest coronavirus precautions such as social distancing. The event received 350 lecturers and over 300 exhibiting firms.
Futurebuild 2023
The event's 2023 iteration occurred as a live trade exhibition. It did not instate coronavirus precautions. This was due to the country repealing its pandemic restrictions. The iteration took place between 7-9.03.2023. Futurebuild 2023 featured over 17 800 visitants, 500 lecturers, 400 exhibiting firms, and 90 curators.
Futurebuild 2024
The 2024 iteration of Futurebuild was a live trade exposition hosted between 05-07.03.2024. It featured around 190 exhibiting firms from 10 nations and over 20 000 visitants.
Futurebuild 2025
The 2025 iteration of Futurebuild occurred as a live trade expo held between 04-06.03.2025. It featured the wares of around 240 exhibiting firms from 18 nations.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main train station.
There are tons of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking/biking distance. The value/price was much better than the hotel I stayed at 4 years ago when I attended the Ligna show.

The 2 night booking was misplaced by the hotel, so after 30 mins checking our vouchers we were forced to rebook for one night at reception and pay again. We then booked another hotel for our second night. Very poor hotel, very cold, decor very much in need of repair. Breakfast ok.
Because of the mixup, Go Fair refunded us in full and dealt with us quickly and professionally. Definately service 'above and beyond' Very happy to recommend Go fair and use them again.
