Ben and his colleagues have been of great help. It took us time to finalise our request and Ben kept in touch regularly without "dropping out" which was very helpful. It was sometimes difficult to find the time to focus on the booking for EUROTIER in the middle of short term priorities. Ben was brilliant at keeping me on the ball. Ben and his colleagues made things easy and were always helpful in their feedback and advice. The house found house 7027 was a very good solution. The landlord was really helpful and the house was very comfortable. Thank you very much for your service.

The best thing on the hotel was, he is so close to exhibition centre. But if you will find something in the same price and also so close to exhibition – I dont care.

We found the hotel clean and tidy with really helpful and friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible

Dear George, 

last week when we came back after Fairs was very busy and I did not replay when it comes to our stay.

We are pretty happy with our stay, rooms were spacious and clea, service was also good.

Although we have some reamarks:

1) Parking - we were staying 7 nights and each and every time when we need to leave parking we had to ask for the new parking card. They were not able to issue a card that opens the gate every time. That was inconvience for us, and they should change it.

2) Breakfast buffet - there was good chioce however not enough vegetables. There were only tomatos and cucumber, no green mix, radishes, bell pepper, we really missed that. 

Service were relly nice and supportive.

The overall opinion regarding Glam Milano was positive. The staff was friendly, the location was great and the service in general good, although not always adequate. The breakfast was average - a little less than expected. The beds were comfortable.
