Equipmag 2022 took place as a live event in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles' Hall 5. The venue did not feature Covid-19 safety measures due to the removal of the country's pandemic-related restrictions. The event, held between 20.09.2022 and 22.09.2022, received around 10,000 visitors and approximately 200 exhibitors.

As the operating and marketing manager of our new office abroad, sometimes one just doesn`t have enough time to take care of small details that come back to haunt you at the very last minute. Even though, I was not familiar with your company before and I had never worked with an external company either, you remained reassuring and have kept your word. The 2 night booking was misplaced by the hotel, so after 30 mins checking our vouchers we were forced to rebook for one night at reception and pay again. We then booked another hotel for our second night. Very poor hotel, very cold, decor very much in need of repair. Breakfast ok.
Because of the mixup, Go Fair refunded us in full and dealt with us quickly and professionally. Definately service 'above and beyond' Very happy to recommend Go fair and use them again.
There was some problem with overbooking with the first hotel but Tom managed to fix it for us and find a new place to stay.
The new hotel was okay and adequate.
