Thanks for reaching me out. Tom Parker was very helpful and patient as we did so many changes due to the pandemic situation not so easy to manage.

For the future we would prefer to include the breakfast in the negotiation with the hotel.

Excuse me for didn't get back to you sooner. I was busying in tracking my luggage over past days due it wasn't come back along with me as expected until 10/31 late evening. The B Hotel in Barcelona is great, I would stay there again if I visit Barcelona again.  

Right now, I haven't decide if to visit the next CPhI in Milan, however, if you have info for hotel/s in there, please feel free to provide me info in that regard, I will contact you again once I decided to visit the CPhI Milan in 2024. Thanks in advance to your help.

Hello, I would like to confirm you that I had a confortable stay and everything was O.K. 

The Hotel was clean and well and the personal was friendly.

Been staying this hotel for few times. The room reservation was very prompt and convenient. Ms Christine Clark has been assisting us with the room reservation and her service is very efficient. Will definitely recommend to other friends on their services.

Everything went very well!! We have really appreciated your fast action in solving our issue to reinstate a cancelled reservation for new guests.

The only “negative” thing was that there was not possibility to have dinner in the hotel, but my team solved going out.

We will be very glad to ask for your help for future reservation.
