Dear Megan,
Apologies for my delayed response—I was out of the office until yesterday.
Everything went very smoothly, and we truly appreciated the location of the hotel. I would definitely be interested in receiving some rates for the next Vitafoods event. It would be great to have a few options to consider.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Manuela

Hello Megan,
Thanks for your mail, I see you are “monitoring us”, like CIA / FBI …. J J J We have positive feedback about Euro Park Hotel, all went fine, as scheduled. Anyhow, no problems, we decided to confirm in advance and it is OK, it was our decision. Hotel people were good and friendly, rooms clean, hotel in general was OK. Maybe just a little remark: missing real coffee, maybe better coffee maker is appreciated more (the one available was not good…..but this is our taste, maybe others are appreciating).
Keep in touch Megan,
Bye now, Enzo

Hi Tom,
Just a short note to thank you again for your assistance with accommodation for the guys – they had a good trip.
Now… to plan in advance, can you possibly help us with rates for hotels, preferably closer to the fair, for 2025. 3 rooms, single occupancy please.

Quick response and adequate handling when booking needs to be adjusted. Happy that the search for hotels during trade fairs is taking out of our hands to save valuable time.
