Preface
DCAT Week is a pivotal pharma- and bio- or nutraceutical manufacturing event. It is an annual, multifaceted conference hosted in New York City. DCAT, a non-profit commercial development association, organises it. The convention is the pivotal meeting location for more than 500 member companies. It is also the must-attend event for more than 10 000 industry members with high positions (92% are high-ranking business executives, including 25% with a C-Suite role). Participants often have leader-related positions such as sourcing managers, business development specialists, or licensing experts. This is due to the event allowing them to accomplish a diverse range of goals, such as conducting potential business or networking meetings. They can also learn about potential investment opportunities, including novel solutions. Over 50 countries are represented at DCAT Week, including the Czech Republic, Mexico, the United States, India, and Egypt.
About the DCAT Week in New York City
The conference’s event schedule includes diverse sub-events. Such include the DCAT Annual Dinner, the Pre-Dinner Reception and Post-Dinner Hospitality events. The team of Travel To Fairs Ltd. has helped me a lot, met my needs (research for an accomodation for my guests, and changes of the last minutes); the hotel, a three stars category 20 minutes from the fair of Trondheim, was very clean and the staff very helpfull and kind.

last week when we came back after Fairs was very busy and I did not replay when it comes to our stay.
We are pretty happy with our stay, rooms were spacious and clea, service was also good.
Although we have some reamarks:
1) Parking - we were staying 7 nights and each and every time when we need to leave parking we had to ask for the new parking card. They were not able to issue a card that opens the gate every time. That was inconvience for us, and they should change it.
2) Breakfast buffet - there was good chioce however not enough vegetables. There were only tomatos and cucumber, no green mix, radishes, bell pepper, we really missed that.
Service were relly nice and supportive.

I want to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Jugendherberge City-Hostel Koln-Riehl. I had a good experience, but a few points are worth mentioning.
Firstly, I commend the hostel's location, which is conveniently situated near the trade fair. This was one of the hostel's significant strengths.
However, I noticed that the rooms, although clean, had a rather plain and not very cosy ambience.

Good exhibition.
The hotel as expected, had a little bit of trouble getting in, door codes were sent to wrong phone number, but fixed when calling the reception. So nothing to complain about.

Hello, My contact person was Tom Parker and our communication from the past year was just perfect. He helped us to book rooms for our whole team. When I had issues/questions, etc. Tom always replied immediately. He offered us several hotels, as well the Pentahotel where we stayed. This hotel was lovely. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, breakfast was good and we had the opportunity to eat in our hotel for diner which was amazing after such a long day at the airshow. Had a very good experience and will certainly work with you again for upcoming fairs.

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.
The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:
“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”
“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”
“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”
