Bauma 2019
The 2019 edition of Bauma was among the most successful renditions. It featured 3,702 exhibitors, with 66% of them coming from abroad. A total of 620 000 visitants attended, examining wares on 614,000 m2 of exhibition space. More than 200 countries visited the live exhibition hosted between the 8th and 14th of April 2019.
Bauma 2022
Bauma München 2022 greatly surpassed the expectations of the construction and mining industries. It took place as a hybrid event, comprising a live aspect in Messe Munich and a digital platform. I want to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Jugendherberge City-Hostel Koln-Riehl. I had a good experience, but a few points are worth mentioning.
Firstly, I commend the hostel's location, which is conveniently situated near the trade fair. This was one of the hostel's significant strengths.
However, I noticed that the rooms, although clean, had a rather plain and not very cosy ambience.

It's a budget hotel do not expect much, they provide clean room but small room size. The hotel not far from Messe Duesseldorf by car but if you want to take public transport between the hotel and Messe Duesseldorf it's not convenient. But if you prepare to take taxi so it's not far from the place about 15 minutes

Perfect location and nice spacious rooms
Only criticism was about contact with a receptionist who could be more service minded and polite. My husband and I had same experience when we checked in.
And breakfast was a bit chaotic due to too many people at the same time and lack of space/tables.
But overall a very nice experience.
