The 2027 edition of Asia-Pacific Sourcing will occur between the 9th and 11th of March 2027. The hosting location will be Messe Cologne.
Preface
Gain footing in the ever-growing and rich Asian markets for the house, home, and garden with a trip to Asia-Pacific Sourcing at the start of spring. Close to 700 exhibitors curate the latest lines in diverse product groups. These range from home appliances and textiles to fitness equipment and bathrooms. Attendance circles around 6,600 trade visitors. The trade fair might be smaller compared to others of its kind, but the diversity of products is anything but.

Asia-Pacific Sourcing 2023
APS 2023 occurred as a live trade exhibition in Messe Cologne between 28.02-02.03.2023. The host site did not include coronavirus protection measures. This was because Germany repealed its pandemic restrictions. The iteration featured 500 exhibiting firms from 13 nations and around 4 500 visitants from over 80 countries.
Asia-Pacific Sourcing 2025
APS 2025 took place as a live trade expo in Messe Cologne between 11-13.03.2025. It presented the wares of more than 800 exhibiting firms from 16 nations and over 5 500 visitants from 75 countries (22% increase compared to 2023 and 47% from abroad) on 32 000 m2.

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

Dear Megan,
The hotel all in all is good. Rooms are fine with good beds and bathrooms. Breakfast is very good for a hotel of this size. A small thing, but it would have been good with more English speaking TV channels.
It is ok to use public transports to the exhibitions ground, but it would have been even better to have a similar hotel along U78 north of the city centre when exhibiting at the Dusseldorf Messe.

We made some recommendations to a lady there, I think it may have been Laura about the bathroom which could use a little improving.

For next year I would like to start sourcing for 5 people (1 wheelchair user) as this year because the bookings were so late, we were all around Bologna and the taxi fairs were insane.

Our trip to the EMO Hanover fair was successful, overall it was a great trip with lots to see and do in Hanover.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation, although we were initially looking for a hotel, we actually preferred the apartment accommodation to that of a hotel.
The service we received from Jane was GREAT.
From the moment Anton sent the request for accommodation, we received a number of accommodation options within our price range.
We have received prompt detailed responses to all the questions we had.
The payment process was simple and easy.
