Dear Michelle,
I would like to thank you for all your support throughout this process.
The hotel was really good, the location was close to the fair.
I look forward to working again at the next events.
Thanks and Regards,
About the event
Covid-19 Update
The 23rd China Yiwu International Trade Fair for Functional Yarn & Knitting & Hosiery Machinery (YIWUTEX) will be held as a live event. The latest edition of the trade fair will be hosted between 10.05.2023 and 12.05.2023. The hosting location for the event will be the Yiwu International Expo Center in China, and the venue will have the latest Covid-19 safeguards in place. This includes attendees needing to maintain a social distance of 1.5 to 2 metres and to wear face masks in indoor spaces. Because of the current travel restrictions, attendants will be asked to show documents such as negative test results upon arrival.

Morning Tom,
The trip was a success thank you.
The hotel was adequate. Rooms were clean but a little too small. Breakfast was fine. Last time we visited Bauma 3 years ago we stayed at the Cocoon hotel ‘same area’ which was much more spacious.

Thanks for your assistance in finding a hotel for Biofach 2020. The Ibis was in a good central location and met expectations. Regards Chris

Hello Tess,
All went fine, we enjoyed the hotel due to its walking distance location, but the only downside was the breakfast.

Hi Tom
Everything went super well! Thanks!
Yes, we are already registered for next year.
I was wondering if it’s possible to have a hotel that is more in the city centre for the next Vitfaoods?
(Or more towards direction of the fair)
Best regards,

Hi Mark,
Yes, we came back last Friday. The hotel was good and well located next to the underground and near the city center. To keep in mind for the next Chillventa! Thanks!

Dear Tracy,
I hope you are fine.
Thank you for the recommendation & your great service.
Below is my comments :
Travel 2 Fairs, represented by Tracy, an excellent agent, offered us a hotel reservation in a great location near Messe Köln! We discovered a decent hotel in a part of town we didn't know. We are satisfied and may book the same hotel again. Thank you, T2F/ Tracy!!
To make the reservation for 2027? How to do?
Thank you in advance.
We remain at your disposal if you need any further information.
Best regards,
