My colleagues were satisfied and the position of the hotel was fine to reach the fair.
It wasnt a top standard hotel but for the price we paid and the quality we received we are okay with it.

Thanks for the follow up on our ProWein 24 trip. 

The Mercure served its purpose for us as we were only there a couple of nights - and didn't really spend too much time at the hotel. 

We understood hotel was a bit further out (and this was reflected in the pricing) - only slight negative was length of time it took for a taxi to arrive.  Would have hoped hotel had a contract with taxi firm to ensure guests don't have too long to wait once ordered. We learned from our initial mistake and ensured we had pre-ordered a taxi for return to airport. 

Positives:

Helpful staff

Great humour from barman!

Clean, basic rooms 

Negatives:

No safe in room

No iron in room

Length of time for taxis to arrive 

Overall, Michelle made the booking process very simple and was a great help with my questions and area information - thank you! 

Should we require accommodation for events going forward we'll be in touch.

Great news. 

Comments on this hotel was that the location is perfect, design is interesting, but the Internet connection was horrible. Having in mind that we have all been travelling for a business purposes, this was a real issue. Anyway, thank you for your support and patience in working with us, it was a really big group to handle. 🙂 

Over the next couple of weeks, we will review our participation in Hannover and decide on our next show. I will keep you updated once we have more information about our upcoming trip to Hannover.

I have already granted 5 stars.   We received an extraordinary service and everybody was happy with the hotel. 

We can organize the new group of rooms for the next year in Barcelona.  If the Eurohotel is available, that is the option to pursue. 

I look forward hearing from you, oh by the way.  Is George back because I received an email from him.   If so, please let’s continue with the planning for next year in Barcelona. 

Also, do you have the Aloft Seaport in Boston?.  That would be also an option for the SENA next year.
